They clearly stated they could not guarantee no cross contaminations but said they would do their best. We had a successful meal!

One of the best meals I have ever eaten. I am celiac and ate safely. Lots of options. My non-celiac family loved it as well.

Ate here in early March. Cute place, fun little library inside. Food was delicious, waiter was accommodating. Soup was my favorite, followed by dessert. Our whole party of 8 enjoyed their meals.

We had a lovely dinner here. The waiter said they don’t use flour, but they do have some items that have gluten. We had the mushroom soup, shrimp dish and duck dish. Everything was delicious especially the juices. We have been craving the carrot, apple with lime juice.

Delicious healthy choices, mostly gluten free! Kale chips were our fave.

We ate here twice last week. Monday night, we had 3 courses, everything was delicious, and the service was attentive. I had no reaction, so we went back Wednesday evening. I had spring rolls, the curry bowl, and carrot cake, all of which were marked gluten free and the server was aware I was Celiac. A short time later, I began to feel ill and had all the symptoms of contamination. I tested with a Gluten Detective kit, and it did come up positive. This is so unfortunate because the food is delicious, but apparently NOT Celiac-safe.

Great ambience and food to match. Loved that they had a dessert menu including dairy free and gluten free creme brûlée!

Quaint little place upstairs. Really good food and a great atmosphere. Celiac friendly and helpful staff. A must do in Aspen.

Enjoyed their food and ambience immensely! Everything was well prepared given our health conscious habits and they also have fish and duck entrees for non vegetarians. Almost 75 percent of the menu items were gluten free so I was spoiled for choice down to the desserts which were both healthy and tastefully done as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable servers. It's right above Explorer which is a well stocked, charming and old fashioned bookstore within the same house where we browsed for an hour afterwards. Great way to spend an evening!

This is the ONLY place I will eat when in Aspen! Menu changes daily and it is about 80% naturally gluten free. Delicious and healthy menu, and great accomodation for other dietary needs. I ate there 4 days in a row, it was so good and there is so much variety. All the desserts are gluten and dairy free! The owner/chef is so passionate and even shared his quinoa cracker recipe with us.

This place is the best! We ate here at least once a day for 4 days in Aspen. They not only have a really well labeled menu for GF, but they also have vegan options as well. The chef is not only very knowledgeable, but he also came around to see how our meal was. There were a few things that were exceptionally delicious and we were given the recipe to make at home. Pyramid is one of the only GF friendly restaurants in Aspen that is open year round.
