I had a recent attack after eating Q-BBQ. I should've known to not eat anything before fully checking out the website and nutritional informaiton. However the catering assistant that was present said that the meat and a few sides were gluten free. I couldn't figure out what I had that would've contained gluten. So I searched and searched online to find their allergen information and failed to find a comprehensive list of items that were gluten free. Finally I decided to contact Q-BBQ and find out from the source. Here is the Reply I was given and the comprehensive list of food to avoid:

"Our meats are all smoked with a dry rub that doesn’t contain gluten, our sauces are gluten-friendly and we have several gluten-friendly sides. This means that these items don't contain gluten ingredients, but are produced in kitchens and with equipment that handle our gluten items. We have attached the allergy list below for you to make your own decisions before dining with us, and we ask that if you decide to dine with Q, please let your cashier know about your dietary restrictions before ordering (they will put an allergy alert on the ticket).

Gluten Allergen Information:

• q-puppies

• corn bread

• nachos:tortilla chips

• western salad: tortilla strips

• Ceasar Salad: Croutons

• Sandwich Bun/Slide Bun

I love Q-BBQ and would never talk badly about them, but I wanted to post this information so that nobody else with Celiacs or gluten sensitivity would get sick.
