All Korean BBQ meats are marinated in sauce which contains gluten. They have a hot pot option, but all the hot pot broths have gluten too. The staff was helpful and careful though. They set me up with a boiling water hot pot. All the hot pot meat and vegetables have no sauce... so they are gluten-free. Eating boiled meat and vegetables was ok. I didn't get sick, but it's not nearly as flavorful as you'd like.Great Korean BBQ for not-Celiac people though!
