Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Washed hands, new gloves, etc. Lots of choices, even the queso was safe and delicious.
Yes
Good Mexican fast food chain with lots of gluten free items, except the flour shells.
I just tried to eat here. The server had no idea what gluten free ment. He thought it was cheese and rice, after correcting him he said, "ya, ya that's right, and continued to say things that made me wonder. I asked if he's double check, and stepped aside to let him take a customer that has walked in. He then put on new gloves and rested his hands on the counter where a wheat tortillas had been on. I gave up and said thanks anyway.

— No gluten-free information on the menu
The staff is really poorly trained on allergies at this qdoba. Even after asking for a glove change, the employee grabbed the same bowl she had already contaminated. When asked a simple question about which foods are safe for gluten free - the employee just said “our food has gluten in it”. Even though I can see on the website, they do have a list of gluten free options. Do not recommend this qdoba at all.

A safe gf meal can be done here, but definitely check out Qdoba’s nutrition guide before hand. They will change gloves if asked, and I’ve been fine the handful of times I’ve eaten here. Usually pretty good!

My daughter has Celiac and the employees went above and beyond. They traded out every utensil, switched out ingredients trays and wiped down all the surfaces. Highly recommend!

Staff had zero knowledge of what was safe for me to eat. I told her right off that I couldn’t have gluten and she told me they “didn’t have any of that.”
