Great food, friendly service. Gluten-free awareness is great. They change their gloves without asking.

Great food, staff pulled from new containers for me when it wasn’t busy.
Food was bland and mushy. I"d rather eat at chipotle.
Good tasting food here. It's a fast-casual type restaurant along the lines of Chipotle and Freebirds, but nicer: better food IMO, much more seating than Chipotle, Coca-Cola Freestyle drink machine with many options, and friendly, helpful staff that are happy to change their gloves before fixing a gluten-free bowl. See the Allergen menu for details (see link above).

I’ve had decent luck at this one (south county mall) but not so much at the Loughborough location. Some ingredients are reached in to by gloved hands — that touch other wheat products. I’m

This is one of the best Qdoba’s. They do a lot of business and the food is always freshly cooked. You build your meal as you go through the line.

I actually work here. Great place. The only things with gluten are the obvious tortillas and deserts. HOWEVER, listed on the allergen list online, it says chips are made with corn tortillas. THIS IS WRONG. I have made the chips, and they are made with flour tortillas. I have rarely gotten sick from this place, but DO NOT TOUCH THE CHIPS.

Safest option here is to get a bowl. Some staff were not aware of what items had Gluten but, after I expressed my concerns with having Celiac several staff now remember me and ensure they take precautions. I always request glove changes and wipe surfaces when I stop.
