Q Tea is one of few safe places in Arnold (that I know of so far). even though I've had my celiac diagnosis since about 2020/2021, I'm still reluctant to try new restaurants. that being said, this place is on my list! most, if not all, of the food is gluten-free minus the fried spring rolls and sauces. honestly, I don't even need to explain my allergy! all I really do is ask for no sauce and bam, amazing food!
