Not a ton of options if you’re gf and don’t like seafood (but that’s expected at a seafood place). Unfortunately, I got the carne asada tacos which are labeled as gf and reminded my waiter of the allergy and got sick after. You may be better off getting something other than the tacos!

I have Celiac disease (food allergy) so I am 100% gluten free. Items are marked on menu BUT the fryer is NOT dedicated so even though the wings are marked gf they are not. The waiter took my order then came back and told me. I changed to the salad and had the blackened fish. Food was very good but please ask questions and confirm with your waiter

Always have delicious food from here and haven't ever gotten sick. GF items are marked on the menu. The carne asada tacos and side of corn 9n the cob are fantastic.

Great spot! Food is fantastic. Dedicated fryer for fries. Waitstaff and kitchen well versed in GF precautions. I’m celiac and have never had a problem here

Went to dinner with at Quahogs tonight with my celiac daughter. Ordered the flank steak with fries. I made sure to ask the server if the fries were fried in a separate fryer and he said yes. I asked him to make sure the kitchen knew. Well shortly after we got home my daughter started vomiting. This place is not safe for anyone with celiac or issues with gluten.

My experience was disheartening but it was a year or two ago, the server said it was too busy on a Saturday in the summer to accommodate my allergy. So we left.
