I am GF and DF. A manager came and talked to me to make sure I got food I could eat. Had wings, fries and coleslaw. They are very conscientious about food allergies. I highly recommend this place!!
What a wonderful experience! Our waitress, Sarah R, was very knowledgeable about gluten and preparation. She shared that one of the managers had family members with celiac, therefore, very aware of cross contamination issues. They have a dedicated GF fryer for bone-in wings and French fries! I will absolutely be going back!
We ordered the grilled chicken on the gluten free menu, told them that we didn't want the chicken served with the pita bread. They brought it out served on the pita bread. Had to send it back, waited 30 minutes, no chicken. Finally told the waitress that we would pay for the other meals and wanted the check. Manager came over apologized and said that we shouldn't come to the restaurant on Saturdays when they are busy. The only modification we made was to omit the pita bread. Was very upsetting, they are not celiac or allergy friendly.
Limited options but great none the less! Knowledgeable staff.
I ate here a while back and their "gluten free" menu is a joke. It's really just a list of sauces and sides that don't contain gluten and you have to hunt through the regular menu comparing the two to find anything. The staff is not extremely knowledgeable about the contents of their menu items. However I did not have a reaction so I will give them that much. Celiac safe, but it's practically like pulling teeth to find something to order.
Don't bother, my grilled chicken was not that exciting and came on pita bread, had to send it back, burger came out without bacon, when I got it the bacon was all fat. I'm not sure if it was our server putting things in wrong or what but it was so slow. We didn't even complain the manager came over and apologized for our awful experience.
Asked for the GF menu and the hostess had no clue what I was asking! She finally asked another hostess who told her and grabbed the menus. Unlike another reviewer, I thought the menu wasn't very user friendly. The description said no sidecar but then there is a list of them on the back. The waitress was nice but said in all her time there no one has ever ordered off the GF menu so she was of no help. She did go ask but didn't come back with any answers. Not sure where the gap is, between corporate and the manager or the manager to the staff. Either way, there is no more confidence in a GF menu and unknowledgeable staff and going to a random place and praying they have GF items! Wings and fries are cooked in same fryer. My son and I were sick that evening whereas my daughter was ok until the next day. The wings were average and the fries were good but we'd prefer to head back to Buffalo Wild Wings where there is no cross contamination AND they are knowledgeable!
Was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating this place was. They have a GF menu. This location does have a dedicated fryer. My waitress was amazing and actually made my husband's from the dedicated fryer so I could try the fries and his wings. Was very happy and all the food had really good flavor. Waitress asked the level of my sensitivity and if I was allergy or celiac.
Wings and Fries are not done in a dedicated fryer. All menu items such are split between gluten free and not cross contaminated. Menu is informative, family had zero desire to eat at a wing restaurant without gluten free wings, so we left. Staff is very friendly and was understanding of our situation.
I found an older GF menu online but when we arrived they said the manager needed to come talk about options and had no menu. It was very strange-manager kneeled at the table and verbally told me the limited options after he asked if I had an allergy or intolerance. I told him intolerance and later asked what would be different if I had an allergy. He then told me the burgers he just recommended have seasoning with gluten. They brought my boneless wings and broccoli but it was on top of pita bread...sad experience. Finally got my food when my hubby done eating. Waitress apologized but nothing done by management. 2nd bad experience and we won't be back.
They have gluten free items on their menu, but you have to ask for their allergen report. No dedicated gluten free area so cross contamination may occur. Food is reasonably priced and tastes good. Chili is only GF soup. Waitress said GF Report available online.
Manager and server were very knowledgeable. Cooked my food on separate pans. No reaction!
I called this location to place an order at lunch time. When I asked to speak to the manager to verify that they have a separate fryer, the manager (Scott) informed me they do NOT use a separate fryer. Just an FYI for anyone- double check before you order. I was told at the Sheffield location they did use a separate fryer twice before being told they do not, so I always check with a manager.

Took great care of us. Their usually-dedicated fryer had had some gluten items in that day, due to high customer volume, so they knew they would need to steam clean the fryer, which would take significant time. The manager offered us anything we wanted from the menu at 50 % off, for all 6 of us at the table! Love their wing sauces! Grateful for the allergen list they give us each time.
Great service, manager came to share gf menu servers were great
we have been there and my boyfriend who is the GF one has had no problems eating there wings. They are fried alone in there own fryers with nothing else being fried in them. They also have one fryer for the fries. If you ask they will bring you a list of food allergies.
Service was great...our food came out kind of cold and they brought us new food with no concerns and it was amazing!!!
