Nothings labeled GF but l emailed ahead of time and they kindly identified what is safe. They said if time permits they could even use fresh oil for some of the GF fried stuff to avoid cc! Here’s what can be eaten:
- tacos
- pupusas
- ceviche
- pulpo a la gallega (no bread)
- camarón al ajillo (no bread)
- steamed mussels (no bread)
- eggplant rolls
- Colombian empanadas (if fried separately, dough is made with corn flour)
- soups & salads
- mains, a few items would need to be substituted, such as patacones (fried green plantain)
- paella
- flan de coco
