I don’t want to discredit the other reviews, but I had an amazing experience. I ordered for pick up the chicken tibbs and gluten free injera and the woman that gave me my food double checked twice it was gluten free without me having to ask even once. She even asked how I knew I was unable to eat gluten and it sparked a lovely conversation about my celiac. The food was absolutely incredible, so flavorful and a very large serving, and I definitely did not get glutened. Maybe something has changed or they noticed the poor reviews related to gluten, but I hope people will give this small business with amazing food a shot!

You have to ask for GF injera and they don’t seem to be too careful

I’ve only been horribly glutened three times in 13yrs. This was one of those times. So disappointed. I was very clear about my GF “allergy” and the server said I would have the GF injera. We got a shared platter with a lot of different items i was told they were all gluten free. Everything was delicious…but then I ended up extremely sick. I’m not sure if this was a just server issue or restaurant issue, but the server also told me the owner keeps all the tips unless you give him cash which I thought was odd if it was true, and would ruin his credibility if it was not!

All of the food is absolutely amazing, and it's so much fun to eat with your hands! The injera (bread) serves as the utensils. The owner is extremely helpful, and she always makes fresh GF injera when I come in. Almost all menu items are naturally gluten free, and all of the vegetarian options are naturally vegan.
