There are many items on the menu that are gluten free. The wait staff is knowledgeable and accommodating.

Waitress was very knowledgeable of allergy information, all but two dishes could be modified to be gluten free and food was good. a little bit pricey.

The servers are very knowledgeable. She asked about my limitations, and she said all but one dish could be modified to be gluten free using corn tortillas (the one that couldn't had soy sauce in the marinade). Absolutely delicious meal. The fundido was the highlight.
