It’s celiac friendly, but honestly not the best tacos in the Twin Cities. I’d suggest Andale or Rojo.
plenty of GF options on the menu, but ALL SURFACES ARE SHARED WITH FLOUR. I found out after I ordered, manager explained that it wouldn't be safe for a "sensitive" celiac, like I am :( she did refund me money, and was generally awesome about everything, though.
so, low rating for not being celiac safe. I'd give them 5 for service and friendlyness

very good food and really nice, helpful staff. most tacos are GF with CORN tortilla of course which is the default. menu gives you guidance, with typical disclaimers. Eaten here twice with zero issues. staff said tortilla chips are a contam. issue, so prob avoid those (shared fryer). but queso sauce is good, along with their awesome salsas. Cool addition to the raco scene!
