Servers and chefs are very knowledgeable. Unfortunately they do not have a dedicated fryer, but there are so many safe options that I didn’t miss it.

Great Waiter. Explained our options and modifications for celiac. Food was made to order. Large portions and delicious. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.
I told the server working the line I had a gluten allergy and before I even finished saying it - she was changing her gloves and telling her colleagues they needed to “clean the line” so she could serve me safely. She knew protocols immediately and got fresh food from the kitchen that was certain not to have cross contamination. It’s been a long time since I have get this sure eating at a fast food location that it would be 100% safe.
Had curry. It was amazing and did not get sick.
This place is amazing! They can make any item on the menu gluten free. They clearly mark the items with a GF if it is for take out. They are super competent and great at answering questions. The pad thai is my favorite!
They have several appetizers and entrees can be made gluten free, as well as a bunch of sushi. I’ve eaten here twice and felt quite safe. The larb, pad thai, and pad see ew are all delicious.
