RainBowl poke salad

I sent my daughter in to order for me. She said they were very careful, changed gloves , wiped everything down. I'm very newly diagnosed and learning to be safe. I did not get sick and I enjoyed my food. This is a make your own bowl type place which has menu items if you dont want to order for yourself what's in your bowl. I ate here before I was diagnosed with celiac. I had a diagnosis of IBS, SO now I have both. I never got sick there and I still consider them safe.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

They have GF and dairy free things on their menu (I need both) but very chaotic and nerve wracking experience. I’m pretty sure they gave me the wrong dressing. Had a very hard time answering questions. Fortunately I’m not deathly allergic but I would not trust this place. It may come down to who is preparing your meal but I did not have a good experience. Team of employees was very young and friendly but would not trust for allergies. Did not change gloves either.

They have a very limited understanding of gluten and were not very willing to be accommodating. Do not plan on getting any of the Asian-inspired bowls.

When I asked about which menu items were gluten free I was told, "We can make almost anything GF." Music to my ears! I had the Korean bimbimbap. They made my steak separately so that it was GF. All of the dressings were clearly labeled GF or not as well. The service was fast and friendly.
