I just got the fries bc I was in a hurry and didn't want the wait but the fries are made in their own fryer! Naked wings I'm not sure about, I did ask and canes sauce is not gf :(

The location on Main in Norman does NOT have a dedicate fryer anymore, so fries and naked fingers are no longer safe.
No
Get the naked wings! They are GF and dairy-free. The sauce & cole slaw are always GF. Most locations have a dedicated fry fryer (ask to be sure). I've been told some locations don't offer naked wings, but every Cane's I've been to has offered them!
Yes
The fries are not gluten-free per the linked allergen guide
Great for celiacs! Make sure they still have a separate fryer if you visit.
When I asked if they had gluten free options they showed me an allergen list. I had read that some places have a dedicated fryer so I asked about that. They said the fries are in their own fryer and are gluten free. I asked if I could have any chicken and they said they have “naked tenders” which are essentially grilled chicken strips that are fried in the fry fryer. They do not put any breading or flour on these tenders. The employee also said that they make sure the naked tenders and fries have no cross contamination risk by putting them both in that dedicated fryer. I felt extremely comfortable ordering here after the employee was aware of cross contact. Since we can’t have the toast, they said I could get more fries or coleslaw; I opted for more fries. The tenders were tender and had a little crunch from being lightly fried. Great food!

They have a fryer dedicated to their fries - You can order “naked bird” and your chicken will be fried in the fry fryer to avoid cross contamination. However, I am not sure if they change gloves when handling “Naked Bird” orders. I don’t believe their sauce is GF, as I think it has Worcestershire in it.

The good: they have naked tenders you can order and they are very good.
The bad: no dedicated fryer for chicken or fries
Staff not knowledgeable at all about GF.

They have a fryer dedicated to frying unbattered, as they call them “naked”, chicken tenders and the fries are fried separate from the regular chicken.

Not safe at all for celiac. If you’re regular gluten free and are fine with cross contamination the fries are probably a decent snack, if celiac you should completely avoid.
