If you order the Quartz with GF noodles and vegan toppings it’s entirely gluten free
They offer gluten free noodles on the menu, but when I called to verify what broths were gluten free, I was told that none of them were made with gluten free ingredients, so no Ramen order could actually be gluten free.
They have gluten free noodles but only one broth is actually gluten free. It was really good! It says it’s vegan on the menu so it’s served with corn, tofu, and tomato but I had them substitute those items with pork and an egg. It wasn’t until I was half way done with it that I realized the egg was probably marinated in soy sauce 🤦🏻♀ don’t do what I did and you’ll be fine :) very delicious ramen!

The GF ramen they have on the menu was so delicious!!! The broth is GF as well as the noodles. It was called ‘quartz’ You can add gf noodles to the other broths but they aren’t GF broths.
Was super tasty, I am not Celiac's but just have sensitivity to gluten and dairy so I was able to eat the gluten free noodles and the salt broth and I was fine! However if you're Celiac's none of the broth is completely soy free so keep in mind!
They have gluten free noodles, vegan ramen, and other vegan and gluten free options, but the ramen itself is not gluten free.
The ONLY gf item on the menu is noodles. No broth or meat. Not even soy sauce. I have a 9 year old with celiacs that loves Asian food. We went specifically for gluten free Ramen, she was so disappointed.
