RamaMama is great! I ordered with them for an event with students at CSU, and had a student go to pick it up. They were so careful with things that I was going to eat and were able to explain what substitutions they made with my dish to my student so she could pass that information on to me. Great tasting food and I know I can trust their knowledge on being celiac safe!

On the gluten front, Mama Rama is solid. They have a dedicated frier and noodle area. Fries are celiac safe even! Very knowledgeable and attentive to gluten cross contact. Food is good but my only complaint is that they seem to way overdue it on the oil. Every dish is so oily and often doesn't leave me feeling that great so its an occasional treat rather than a regular spot for me!

Many different varieties of traditional Japanese and Korean noodles dishes with GF substitutions available. GF options clearly marked on the main menu. Lots of vegetarian options which are also GF. GF sides and deserts, too!
