Shared oven but Gf pizza made on its own tray like so many other places do. When I asked the man prepping our meal (owner or maybe manager) to be sure to use a separate and clean cutter, he informed me that he has celiacs himself and has a dedicated cutter with diff color handle that is only to be used on the GF pizzas and his staff knows that. He also said they have a separate GF fryer (we didn’t eat any French fries so cannot attest to reactions to that). My celiac husband and son enjoyed the pizza and had no reactions.
FYI- This is a counter service location in busy beach boardwalk area.
A few steps away is a crepe and donut stand from same restaurant. Crepes NOT gf but the mini- donuts are and are in dedicated fryer (crepes prepared on separate cooking surface). Donuts were small (like munchkin size but with holes) and very yummy with sugar and cinnamon. We’d get 2 “buckets” every evening to save for breakfast the next day. Buckets were $13 for 25-30 mini donuts and bucket refills were $10 so we held onto those buckets lol.

Pizza was okay, states that it’s cooked in a shared oven so not celiac safe but I didn’t notice that the first time we ate here so I did get sick. I still went back and tried the hamburger and fries which were good, did not get sick. Would def recommend especially if you aren’t celiac

I got a pizza it’s Udi’s crust and comes on it’s own tin pan. It does go in the same oven. I also had the cheese fries (better than Pier fries) they were so good & I’m a huge fry girl. I woman that took my order was nice and explain their process. It was a whole pizza and fed me for 3 days.

Really happy to have gluten free options on the beach. They have a small stand a few stands away from the main stand with gluten free donuts. Those were delicious!

I was ecstatic to find GLUTEN FREE in giant writing near the beach. Hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries! Delicious! I’ll definitely go back!

Ordered sausage pizza, talked with owner, who said he and his daughter are celiac. The kids(both celiac) loved the pizza, even though it’s a thin, basic gluten free style pizza, it was well worth the novelty of being able to have hot street food right on the beach.

Spoke directly with the server who explained the GF pizza and the tray and oven it was being cooked in. Seemed knowledgeable and aware, took care with our order.
Cooking environment is small but pizza and fries were GF and did not get sick

La nourriture est excellente, heureuse d’avoir mangé un pogo sans gluten!! Semble bien pour cœliaque.

So happy to find this place with gluten free food so I could eat with my family! Had a cheeseburger and fries, no reaction and I’m very sensitive to cross contamination. They do an excellent job. Another night I tried the pizza and it was great. Also own the donut place down the road, a must try! The mini donuts are delicious. They were sold out most of our trip but I finally got to try them on our last night.

Been there many times, owner has Celiac in family so they get it. Food is “junk food” but that’s what you’d expect. They also own the little doughnut shop about 50 yards up road away from Pier and they (sometimes) have GF doughnuts. I haven’t tried those yet as they were sold out but excited to ASAP
Don’t use mapquest for directions to here! It’s right next to the carousel to the right of the pier

After walking down Old Orchard Street and passing Rocco's, Lisa's and Bill's it's a blessing to walk back Ramunno's big sign that says GLUTEN FREE PIZZA on the window. Beyond a welcoming sight and appreciated. Super friendly service too.
That said the pizza just wasn't for me. As others had said the crust has herbs throughout it and honestly just wasn't something I was looking for in a pizza.
GF pizza is soooo good! The herbs in the crust are a nice touch. I just had it for lunch yesterday but I'm tempted to order it again today! They have a lot of other offerings too. The owner and his daughter both have celiac.

Yummy gluten free corn dog
We have a camper and spend each summer at Old Orchard Beach. as the previous review states, the owner's daughter was diagnosed with celiac; so they take it seriously.
I have eaten here dozens of times and have never had an issue with cross-contamination.
it is the perfect spot to get the pier-style food. in addition to pizza, they have GF buns. also, their chili is GF, so you can get a GF chili cheese dog, which I recommend.
I also recommend the sausage and peppers. they also are a great choice for breakfast, and cheap too. I usually get a n egg/sausage/cheese sandwich.

This is the real deal! The owners understand firsthand about living with celiac. They offer GF pizza (it is cooked in a shared oven), burgers, hot dogs, subs, wraps, corn dogs, French fries, and sweet potato fries. My DD was able to enjoy her favorite food while we enjoyed a day at the beach!
