I heard a tip from a friend that this restaurant had a lot of GF items. When I went in person to check it out, the server was very clear that they had a small kitchen and they couldn’t guarantee against cross-contamination. (What restaurant will make that 100% guarantee unless they’re entirely GF…?) When I pressed, asking if they could things in a separate skillet, she said she’d ask the kitchen, but again really knocked it home that they couldn’t guarantee anything. Message received! We went down the block to Bivouac and I had a slam dunk GF meal.
