They do keep the GF pizza shells on individual tin pans. But I’ve felt funny three times after eating here. If it’s not gluten there is something funny going on. We no longer eat here
No
This team truly cares about allergies. Each pizza is cooked in an individual pan, they used different utensils, they also change their gloves and go over any ingredients you need to.
At this place you pick your toppings and the pizza is cooked in about 3 minutes.I think the pizza is really good, and there's a large selection of items. Each pizza is placed in its own baking pan, which is sent down a line for toppings. They changed gloves and had only one person handle my toppings instead of shifting it down the line as usual. They also pulled fresh containers of toppings out of the fridges under the counter instead of taking from the ones that were out. There were a couple of items that were not available (garlic and artichokes), but that was minor. I think they are about as gluten-sensitive as a pizza place can be.
Yes
Good gf pizza. Celiac and had no reaction.
I’m pretty disappointed at our experience today.
I’ll preface by saying this; I’m the only person in our family of four that can eat gluten but I’m extremely sensitive to my fam’s allergies and do everything I can make sure what they eat is safe.
My wife ordered a pizza and couldn’t eat it b/c they took absolutely no precautions with her allergy other than using the GF crust. Same cheese, same sauce spoon, same gloves.
Bigger problem: my daughter has a severe egg allergy, so I asked if their gf crust was egg free. They said it was.
However, when we sat down my wife googled their nutrition info and yes, it does in fact have egg.
Egg is a major allergen and its evident management does not train their employees to know this information. Maybe we should have checked the website first yea, but when there are allergies that could send someone into anaphylactic shock, you shouldn’t be giving out wrong answers.
If you have a mild gluten alergy you’re probably fine, but If you have severe allergies please stay away.
And to management; do better is all I can say.

They always ask if it’s an allergy or preference. I say allergy they change gloves. They use special pans and special cutters as well. They do their best to not cross contaminate. The items are very clearly marked GF and so many options are GF. The younger boys didn’t know what sauces were safe and didn’t offer help but I looked it up quickly online at the allergy information and found almost all are but two.

They will get ingredients from the back and have udi's crust or no dough. Online they have a list of gfree items. I never order online because online you cannot ask for fresh ingredients. Shared oven. But out of 20 times eating there I got sick 1 time. I can't remember if I forgot to remind them of different gloves ? But they usually do it on their own.
