Super amazing safety wise! The menu only had three things that contained gluten, and they were marked as such, rather than the usual marking for gluten free! Everything was delicious, a very creative menu. Only complaint is that it was so filling lol.

Friendly staff and is fine for gluten free. However I would not recommend this place if you have allergies to tree nuts (especially cashews) or coconuts (like myself). I had a bit of trouble eating here as a result.
This place is amazing. So many gluten free options. I had the butternut squash tamale - omg so good. Even if you are not vegan you will have the best meal ever. I hardly ever get dessert at restaurants, but don't skip dessert! It's not cheap, but we will plan and go here whenever we visit the area.
Staff very knowledgeable about GF. The food was healthy, but honestly not very tasty. The mexican half of the menu is pretty much off limits b/c the corn tortillas are not GF. The European-based menu was pretty bland. Safe but not delicious eating.

GF bread - over 90% of items are GF naturally. Very healthy, very pricy. Some things are weird. Some things are wonderful. Some are weird and wonderful. Open for breakfast and dinner only.
Wonderful selection of GF options. Incredibly knowledgeable staff. Also very dog friendly and kid friendly.

Hands down best hotel / restaurant I've ever experienced and I worked for Four Seasons for 7 years. All vegan restaurant with 75% of the menu GF. Recommend everything on the menu. They can do no wrong.
