I love rebellion! No dedicated GF menu but they have GF buns for sandwiches and burgers. My server was pretty knowledgeable about what was gluten free on the menu and what was not. I wanted the loaded fries and she told me the beer cheese had wheat in it, and that the fryer was shared. I have never gotten sick eating here, and I’m gluten sensitive.

My sister reached out to Rebellion over Facebook messenger prior to us going to make sure I could safely eat there. They appreciated the heads up and informed the kitchen then and when we arrived. They were very careful and the chef came out to make sure I was good and offered a couple of things he created just for me. They said to just give a heads up. They had gf buns on hand too which was great. We had the cheese board with that. No gf beer but plenty of other drink Options.
