We stayed at the hotel over night- breakfast was included. We were given a card upon check in, to give to restaurant staff in the morning. Restaurant staff were very knowledgeable, were able to advise which items on the buffet were gluten free, but also offered to make anything we wanted fresh to avoid cross contamination. We were also advised that a separate prep area was used in the kitchen. There was also schar gluten free museli and corn flakes available with a variety of dairy free yogurt and milks. Great experience:)
