No separate gluten-free menu, only a notebook with a spreadsheet explaining which items have allergy ingredients. Service was fine, I had a steamed lobster with a baked potato and broccoli. Expensive but safe.

I told the server I have Celiac and explained that it’s essentially a severe allergy to gluten. I ordered crab legs, a baked potato’s and side salad. She brought the salad with croutons, so I asked if she told them I had a gluten allergy. She responded “I didn’t know.” She clearly wasn’t listening at all. Then the cook himself came out and said I can’t eat anything other than green beans or broccoli because potato’s are gluten. They know nothing about Celiac or gluten, nor do they care to even listen to their customers speak. OTHER locations have been great, this one- sucks.

I told the waitress I have celiacs and she gave me some gluten free options. My food was contaminated. I am pretty sick after eating. First time I have been glutened at a restaurant after I told them I have celiacs.

The manager came to our table to answer my questions about gluten-free options. I don't like seafood but was there for a family member as part of a gift that evening, so I specifically asked if there were any gluten-free steak or salad options. Instead of simply answering my question, the manager kept talking about seafood options. So I repeated my question. "Do you have any salad options? Can I just get a chicken salad of some kind?" After repeating the question several times, I finally got a confirmation that they could make me a gluten-free salad. They kept asking if I was sure I didn't want anything else, and I confirmed that a salad was great and all I wanted (not once did I complain about it; I acknowledged that I was planning on having a salad anyway, so it was fine). Instead of just leaving it at that, however, the manager said, "You probably should've gone to Texas Roadhouse" and walked away. Such an incredibly rude thing to say, but don't worry. I won't be back. Thanks for not contaminating me, but maybe don't tell your customers to go elsewhere in future.
