They have a few different choices. They have come out with a new menu but don’t have a gluten free menu so they gave me the allergy list binder so I had to play detective to figure out what I could have. I ended doing the pick 2 main dishes and a side combo. I had shrimp scampi with steam broccoli. That was enough for me and tasted great!
I haven't been to Red Lobster in years. I asked for the allergen guide and they brought me a notebook with all the major allergies. They even had a column that indicated a higher level of possible cross-contamination because of how it's prepared. I got a loaded baked potato and coleslaw (neither marked for cross-contamination). I did not get sick. It's good to know that's an option if needed.
Allergen binder provided upon request, server seemed half-knowledgable but nice about it. Not sure if sensitivity was noted to kitchen or not, but he asked regarding gluten in the dish I had wanted (it was from the orzo rice, which I don't want anyways). I've always gotten the scallop & shrimp skewers with double scallops instead, no rice. The binder was a little long and overwhelming, no dedicated menu, but it works. Don't feel the best after the meal, but maybe it was just from all the oils.
