Review of Red Lobster

I don’t recommend this restaurant for anyone avoiding gluten. They are not knowledgeable about gluten free items. They removed they’re gluten free menu. They have an allergen menu which is very difficult to go through and in my experience it accurate. And some of the items they claim are gluten free are NOT gluten free. For example their shrimp scampi they claim is gluten free when they’re sauce has gluten. This is not a safe place to eat. You don’t know what they are doing to steam the shrimp or crab either with fresh water or pasta water.
