Red Lobster has a lot of good choices.

I had the boiled snow crab legs with drawn butter. I had a baked potato and broccoli for my sides. I got extra drawn butter for my baked potato. Everything was very good and I didn't have any issues. They have an allergen menu which includes gluten.

— Excellent

I ordered grilled salmon, steamed broccoli and baked potato butter on the side. The portions were huge with at least 4 ounces of salmon each and took home leftovers for another meal. My dinner was good and refrained from the awesome smelling biscuits due to gluten.

Will update if things change, but so far so good! They have a highly detailed allergen notebook that lists what is safe for numerous allergies. Asked for all the extra precautions and they assured me they have an allergen protocol in the kitchen. Ordered garlic shrimp scampi and a loaded baked potato. No signs of sickness yet and it was delicious!

This is my kids favorite place to eat. They have an allergen menu and I have eaten here without a reaction (shrimp scampi, mashed potato and broccoli) but had a reaction when I ate steak (assuming shared cook surface).

I asked the server if there was any gf options (there was) she gave me a separate menu which listed different allergens, so i ordered a fish plate. I was worried about cross contamination but the manager assured me they 'clean' the grills and stuff. Anyways i was not even halfway through my meal when i started to feel sick. I stayed sick for about a week. Needless to say this place is not safe to eat at!
