I’ve had good experiences here with take out. Gluten free fried rice & gluten free orange chicken. I have not had any issues!

This restaurant claims they have a gluten free menu, but I ordered gluten free sweet and sour and gluten free rice noodles and ended up in the emergency room the next day with the worst celiac reaction I have ever had in my life. The food is not gluten free. I don’t know if they just badly cross contaminated or just didn’t pay attention to the gluten free part of my order, but I was so sick.

Red Maple boasts about the amount of gluten free options, but have a serious cross contamination problem. Everything we ordered was "certified GF" but felt sick within 15 minutes. Would not recommend.

The gluten free just means no sauce whatsoever. Just white rice. Establishment didn’t even know what tamri gf soy sauce was. What a joke.

If you tell them you have a severe allergy, they are mindful of the dish not coming into contact with gluten.
I had the Singapore noodles and they were delicious! I am a huge Vegetable eater so the only thing I'd recommend for improvement is adding more veggies. It did come with a good amount of rice noodles and shrimp, fed me for two full meals.

A restaurant that uses a common fryer but does not disclose that on their “gluten-free” menu or train their staff on gluten-free options is not celiac safe. This is unethical and unsafe. The waiter genuinely did not understand what gluten is, and didn’t seem interested in being helpful....at all. I’m very unimpressed by this restaurant, and will stick with Joy Luck instead.

Delicious gf menu. Ordered door dash and put celiac in instructions. No issues. Great food! (And I'm VERY sensitive celiac)

Singapore noodles were outstanding!! The best
We ate here the other night and it was great! They have a separate gluten free menu. I ordered the honey Walnut shrimp and it was delicious. The only down side is the menu listed the egg flower soup as GF but when I ordered it the waiter said it wasn't. I guess it's good that he knew that, but it worries me that it was on the menu.
Food was awful. The chicken was shredded, then battered, then deep fried. (Seriously hardly any chicken in that disgusting mess) They assured me the batter was gf, but didn’t understand my question of a dedicated fryer.

I absolutely love this place! I've never had a reaction. The Singapore noodles are awesome and so is the fried rice!
I would have given more stars except for the following:
I don't have Celiac, so it's not a concern to me. However, my wife is ultra-sensitive to gluten. We went here because they have a gluten-free menu and we've heard good things about it.
I had the orange chicken at it was very good. It wasn't the best Chinese I've eaten, (think San Francisco and Portland) but still very good.
My wife ordered orange chicken and steamed rice from the gluten free menu. She said it tasted very good as well, but she sure paid for it. 5 days later and she's in one of the worst brain fogs I've ever seen, and she's in serious pain (I've never experienced it, but those with Celiac will certainly know what I'm talking about).
This is the only place she could have been exposed.
I don't want to bag on the restaurant, because the food was good and the service was pretty good too. However, If you are sensitive to gluten, I would avoid it.

I had a really great experience here, their egg flower soup is delicious along with their sweet and sour chicken and fried rice. Definitely going back for more.
Have tried several dishes, not gotten sick once. Love Red Maple!!

Good gluten free menu with lots of choices. My daughter and I have never had any issues after eating there. We eat there often and have always had good service.

This place always does a great job if taking care of me. The orange chicken and pepper steak are both excellent. And as a celiac I've never gotten sick from here.
Me and my girlfriend ate here last night the 01/07/2016 not only did I get glutened we both got food poisoning the service was awful the food also had no flavor avoid like the plague if you have a gluten sensitivity
