They have a separate fryer for gluten free fries, and are always very careful with my order. I love eating here!
I am so impressed with their services here. I felt completely safe. They have a separate fryer & separate prep area for GF dishes and all the staff are very aware of dietary requirements. The menu has a QR code which once you scan you can select the Red robin location and your allergies and the menu that you're allowed to eat based on your preferences will populate which makes the ordering so much easier. The whole experience made me feel so normal for once.
They seem to take "allergy" orders (celiac included) very seriously. I've never gotten sick at this location. Very tasty, gluten free bun is pretty good.

Staff was knowledgeable about allergy/Celiac. Eaten there multiple times without a reaction
This restaurant may be okay if you have a gluten intolerance but both my son and I are Celiac and ate there last night. He had a beef burger with bacon on a gluten-free bun and gluten free fries in a designated fryer. I had a simple grilled chicken burger on a gluten-free bun and a side salad. Both of us had a reaction this morning, typical of gluten cross-contamination. Do not recommend eating here if you have Celiac disease.
Red Robin chains nationwide are my go-to for celiac - safe dining. Ok to eat at this location and not get sick. They truly get minimizing cross-contamination risks. Most if not all have a dedicated gf fryer. Lots of options to satisfy your hunger including gf buns. Food is delicious and most importantly I never get sick! Can accommodate other food allergies too.
We've eaten here twice now and both times have been amazing. They have a separate fryer for gluten free and use a purple tooth pick to indicate that something is indeed gluten free. I'm really happy to have found a place with so many options and can accommodate the gluten allergy
i’m celiac and extremely sensitive to cross contamination. i have eaten here multiple times now and haven’t gotten sick once! the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, the kitchen makes sure the gluten free food is made in a clean area with fresh gloves, there’s even a gluten free fryer for fries! highly recommend
Good burgers, they have a separate fryer for fries. Staff are knowledgeable!
Our server was awesome. Our fries were gluten free as were our burgers. The staff was knowledgeable about their food. We will absolutely be back.
Gluten free bun, plus the servers always ask if it's an allergy in order to do separate fryer, gloves and prep space.
These guys will even make your fries in a dedicated fryer if you ask them. Delicious!

Gluten free bun was great, one of the better ones I’ve had at any restaurant! Not Udis. I called ahead and they explained that the fries and burgers are prepared separately for GF orders and to let your server know. My waitress was great, fries were a little soggy. Otherwise I felt really safe eating here and have no reaction so far!

Our server was able to answer our questions and ensure that our food was safe. Our entire little family has celiac, so we don’t often get to enjoy a meal out together without driving to Madison. It was great to have a local option!
