When I asked if the french fries are prepped in a dedicated fryer, they couldn't answer me. I rephrased my question a couple of different ways to a few different people, and they just kept saying "potatoes are gluten free" or "fries are gluten free".
If I could give no stars I would. They refused to say wither or not things were “gluten-free” because it would “make them liable.” This new policy will make sure I never go there again. It was super shady and if they can’t trust themselves to know what is gluten-free free or not there is no way I am trusting them with my health.
More detail: they kept directing us to their special menu for allergies but would not back it up by saying it was correct or not when asked. Red flag.
I have ordered delivery from this location several times during quarantine and have not gotten sick any of the times. I have never dined in at the restaurant, but my delivery experiences have been pretty good so I will keep ordering.

The waitress was knowledgeable and discussed with me what options were available. They also will fry their fries in a separate fryer once they know you're gf. When I got the gf bun on my burger I had to ask again if it was gf because it was so soft and fluffy (compared with normal gf bread I have). She assured me it was, and it was! No sickness. I always get nervous in these big restaurants but I came out okay. Decent burger too.
Went to Great Mall in Milpitas, was told no gluten free food. Will never go again.
Very helpful waitress and gluten free bun was better than any gf bun I've had.
Bad service. I was told to use my phone for the menu and could not hear the waitress and because I asked for gluten feee we had a ten minute wait

We go often. My wife has Celiacs and is quite sensitive. We have never had a problem. Good food, good service.
Great GF menu and knowledgeable friendly staff. Many items to choose from, including burgers with GF buns and kids menu items. Great experience, family atmosphere, kids and sports fans friendly. Highly recommended.
This place has great burgers and fries and they have a GF bun option. I normally get the Guacamole Burger with no cheese, Avocado instead of Guacamole, add Jalapenos and pickles. It already comes with bacon, onion, tomato, lettuce and mayo. With my fries, I eat their poppyseed honey mustard as a dipping sauce. Always amazing with great service! Make sure to let them know you are GF and they will fry your fries in a separate fryer. Highly recommend.
Horrible for a gluten-free diet! No GF desserts, soups, or appetizers (except for hummus w/o the pita bread). Only one entree - the Ensenada Chicken Platter; however, it needs to be ordered without Baja Ranch dressing, Ancho marinade, tortilla strips, or salsa. That makes it pretty much just plain chicken breast! I was wary of the bleu cheese dressing, since their bleu cheese crumbles are not GF; but the dressing probably comes in a gallon jug from some manufacturer other than whoever provides their fresh bleu cheese. I give them one star only because they actually have a GF menu... The experience actually left me hungrier than when I went in!

I’m sensitive to gluten and have not had a reaction here. The staff were professional when asked about their gluten free options.
We eat here often and even order on Uber eats as my kids enjoy it. They take precautions and are extra careful. They put purple sticks in all gluten allergy foods to keep them separate. Fries are fried in their own dedicated fryer and the gf pizza is cooked separately as well.
Such a great experience! The server was so helpful about what was gf on the menu and asked the kitchen questions if she didn’t know firsthand! They fried up fresh chips in the dedicated fryer to be able to have the chips and salsa appetizer as well!
Dedicated gluten free fryer, have to specifically ask for them to use that fryer. Can make burgers in a lettuce wrap. Gluten free menu online. Have eaten here twice now and haven’t had issues.
Multiple safe and enjoyable experiences here. Allergies are taken seriously. California Chicken, and most burgers can have a GF bun. Fries are yummy and safe too! Always careful to still insist on a safe area in kitchen, glove change etc. Haven’t gotten sick yet after 6 weeks in a row. Our new Sunday lunch place for now.
