Our experience was horrible. However the conversation with the manager (at my request) was great. Lesson learned (hopefully not the har way!) is that of the food arrives not marked with the purple stick refuse to accept it and request new immediately.

I have eaten at this location many times and never had an issue. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable about what is and isn't gluten free. If you order carryout ask if the person taking your order is familiar with Celiac. If they aren't confident in taking your order they will grab someone else that is.

GF fryer and a great celiac friendly place. They have this program that has to do with 'purple'. Every utensil they use with gluten free food is purple to prevent cross contamination.

Worst Red Robin location in the area. Served a gluten bun. Staff very rude. Carmel West is out go to location.

Probably the best gf bun I've ever had. Apparently it's Udis dinner roll that they actually use. Most of the time the staff is knowledgable as well.

Gluten free choices for kids as well.

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
