Went here bc reviews were great. Ha. Not for Celiac. It says they can’t prevent cross contamination… when the waitress got to me, she asked what I wanted- I mentioned Celiac and she said, “oh what’s that?” I explained and she said, “oh that sucks,” and then moved on to take the next member of my large families order. So I watched my family eat. Fun times. Not recommended at all if you have Celiac!

My FAV place!! Never get sick here. They always take special care with my burgers and bring them out before the other food to prevent cross contamination. The gluten free buns are yummy too!

Manager came over immediately when he found out the waiter trainee was taking my order and my daughter and I had celiac. They have a separate preparation area and even brought my food out separate from my husbands gluten food while using gloves. We didn't get sick! (And hubby got regular food also)Yay! You can buy the buns also.

I have been glutened once here and believe it was cross contamination, the bun was gluten free. I've eaten here several times with no problems. The more my waiter knows about gluten the better my experience is!

Great place. They always ask if you have a severe allergy and communicate with the cooks. My burger was brought out on a different type of dish, by a person wearing gloves!

They provided a scan card at the table to access their gluten free menu online, but then did not serve in this restaurant several things on the GF menu. Very frustrating.

I ordered GF from here with no issues in the past. I have celiac so I have to be careful. I ordered GF fries today and explained I have celiac and they need to be GF and made in separate fryer. The girl who took my order assured me they would be marked GF, severe allergy, and safe for me. I picked up my order and nothing was marked allergy (receipt or purple stick in the meal, which means allergy) so I called to make sure they were safe. Manager assured me they had ‘no seasoning’ so they were safe. I said I needed to confirm they were made in the GF fryer. He checked with the kitchen and they were not. He was not really accommodating, kind of rude about it almost as I explained the importance of a separate fryer for celiac individuals. I am so happy I took the time to call and ask bc I’d be in for a long night if not. Unfortunately I won’t trust eating there again.

Wonderful! It’s interesting how each Red Robin does things a little different. This one brought out fries right as we sat down, like as an appetizer. They weren’t from the dedicated allergen fryer, but I let the server know about my gluten issues, and she immediately went to get me some fries from the dedicated fryer. She was also knowledgeable about what had gluten. Their campfire sauce (like smoky fry sauce) is not gluten free, but she brought out ranch for me if I wanted it. I got the Monster Cheeseburger with a wonderful gluten free bun. I asked for No Mayo, just in case they were dipping from a large container that also spreads on regular buns (no idea if that’s actually the case). Everything was amazing, and I added extra Red Robin seasoning to my fries because it’s labeled gluten free. Wonderful meal, and I didn’t get sick.

I have eaten at this location many times and never had an issue. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable about what is and isn't gluten free. If you order carryout ask if the person taking your order is familiar with Celiac. If they aren't confident in taking your order they will grab someone else that is.
