I was very disappointed because my experience did not match the previous reviews. My waitress seemed new and not the most knowledgeable about gluten free. When I asked, I was informed they did not have a dedicated fryer so my only side options ended up being broccoli or a side salad. I was able to get a gluten free bun for my grilled chicken sandwich but the chicken was very bland and I didn’t enjoy the bun. My meal did not come out with an allergy marker as their website states that they do (I did inform my waitress that I have celiac). I didn’t get glutened, but I don’t see myself returning, unfortunately.
The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free and their website is a great resource. Not only will it show you what is gluten free it tells you what items to leave off to ensure your meal is gluten free. Double check your order as they have made some changes and some items that may have been gf before may not be. Gluten free items come out marked.
I’ve been here multiple times and their burgers are always amazing. I haven’t had a better burger, and I have been trying to make a burger like Red Robin for years, and have never made it so good. Would highly recommend the reds double, they have separate fryers and gluten free buns.
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
12/30/2021 Another great Red Robin experience. I am super cautious about where I eat because I get violently And I have been able to 100% trust Red Robin. I had the simply grilled chicken and fries, speckled lemonade.
I ate here on 10/7 and was fine. California chicken with fries was good. I can count on Red Robin. I get the manager’s attention as I walk in, and always explain to the server.
I’m not celiac but I do have an intolerance for gluten. I’ve never had an issue eating at Red Robin, until today. I ordered a guacamole bacon burger w/ out bacon and a side of sweet potato fries from their gf fryer. I let the waitress know at least 3 times that I have a gluten issue. When I got my food and had eaten half of my burger and fries, I uncovered a fried onion straw. I immediately notified the waitress who brought the manager over who apologized profusely and got me a new burger and fries. He even covered my meal. I’m just concerned for those who are truly celiac to be warned.
Online menu to search allergens was very helpful. Overall okay for a chain.
Marco pollo burger wedgie style (no bun, just lettuce wrapped) and fries with no salt/seasoning. I'm GF and felt ok afterwards. Satisfying.
I wanted to try this because they do gf, but no gf menu. You have to go on website and find it and select your allergens. To. As they don't use words. They give you a bunch of single Greek letters. Good luck finding your allergens in Greek. Waitress never came back. We walked out.
Not bad GF options. Red robin is a decent place to hit for fast food
First burger I've eaten out with a bun in over two years. It was one of the best burgers I ever remember having. I was impressed with the servers knowledge. She informed me that she would also bring me fries without the seasoning, because it was not gf. Awesome experience!
First burger I've had in a restaurant in almost a year and such a treat! Gf bun was great. Manager brought out my meal and fries were made without seasoning. No symptoms except being too full because I ate too much!
I eat here frequently and I not only have never gotten sick but the servers always appear knowledgeable about GF/CC. The online allergy menu builder is super helpful though there does appear to be one inconsistency with bacon (said it was GF for one sandwich and not GF for another) so I was cautious and skipped getting any. They'll fry Brussels Sprouts in the dedicated fryer upon request. Last time I was craving a milkshake and hadn't had one for a long time due to the risk of CC and my server cleaned the mixer for me so I could have one.
