The printed menu does not have gluten free options on it, however you can access gluten free items on the menu on the iPad at the table as well as on your phone through their website. I'm a very sensitive celiac and did not get sick here. The waitress took my concerns seriously as did the staff in kitchen. For a less expensive chain restaurant I was very pleased!! And/ the food was delicious too!

Red Robin has absolutely upped their game in recent years with regards to allergies. The iPad at your table (or the online menu) have extremely robust systems for showing your options. You select your restrictions, and the menu will show you every single menu item that is not safe, safe, and safe with alterations, as well as what those alterations are. Waitress was very accommodating to allergy treatment, and apparently kitchen is clean seen as I had no reaction. The gluten free bun is the best anywhere and I’m not kidding.

GF bun or lettuce wrap... and GF fries!
Yes
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
I have worked in several restaurants, including this one, and I can honestly say this is the cleanest kitchen I've ever worked in. They are very consistently cautious of allergies in their kitchen, and provide many options for the gf diner.
I have Celiac Disease, and love eating at Red Robin at Sandhills Mall, Columbia, SC!! I like their Gourmet Bacon Cheeseburger and Fries!! They are very aware of cross-contamination. Thankful for them.

Gluten Free bun was hard as a rock. Could not eat it and sent it back.

Love ❤There Gluten-free California Chicken Sandwich! I visit frequently the Sandhills location one and the people are very patient and understanding and careful!
Amazing gluten free bun. It's light and soft with none of the denseness or crumbling found in most GF buns. I was doubtful it was actually GF until I compared it to my husband's and realized it was different. Fries are safe too. It's really a treat to be able to safely eat a real burger with a bun and fries!

Second time we have been here the staff is very well informed, good food and service and the wife didn't have any negative reaction!

Great burger. Staff and manager very knowledgeable. Sorry I waited so long to try it.
My first time at a Red Robin and I loved it! Had a burger and fries (gluten free) and they came with a little purple stick in it to indicate gluten allergy. Waitress was wonderful! (They also have pretty good ranch)

Notified server GF, ALLERGY. Ordered a burger GF bun. Fine until I quickly remembered that it had steak sauce on it ISN’T GF.
After asking this server about it, he didn’t know so he wouldn’t ask the chef and he didn’t know so he sent the bottle out to me. It clearly states that it has barley vinegar in the ingredients. Seriously disappointing that the kitchen staff is preparing “gluten-free food” and they have no idea what has or doesn’t have gluten in it.
Nice way to ruin the end of my trip. And will be sick for the next couple of weeks.

This Red Robin use to be my go to place. But the last two times I have been glutenized and got sick. I longer recommend this restaurant.

Always a reliable choice. Red Robin's online allergen menu is extremely helpful and in-depth, symptomatic celiac been coming here for many years and never had a problem. It's not fine dining or anything but it's about as good as it gets for a huge chain restaurant like this.
