We often hit up Red Robin when traveling because we count on their gluten free buns and dedicated fryer for my son with celiac. We have never had an issue with the many Red Robin’s we have dined at...except this one. My son began experiencing “glutened” symptoms as soon as we got back on the road progressing to the most severe of symptoms. This was not a minor cross contamination but something grossly gone wrong. It was bad enough that it was the slowest, dirtiest Red Robin we had been to. Next time we are traveling through, we will not be stopping there.

I have celiac disease. I have been here several times--GF bun is amazing and food is so good I kept trying--but I get sick every single time. Once I found a crouton at the bottom of my salad dressing cup. The employees need better allergen/celiac safe education. The food is so good but I will never go back to this Red Robin and I'm very leery of other Red Robins now!

gluten -free hamburgers ON A BUN! first I've had out in so long, what a treat. get a cherry flip coctail with it and you'll be smiling:) not 5 stars bc no gf menu but food is great
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
I’ve gone here a multitude of times and recently have been disappointed in the taste/quality of food. When it’s good it’s really good, when it’s not it’s just disappointing.
I feel safe eating here for anyone who is wanting burgers and fries as they have messed up my order they let me know that my food may take longer because they started over to assure safety.

Shortly after I was diagnosed with celiac disease, I went to Red Robin. I ordered a veggie burger on a gluten-free bun.
I had no idea how to order or tell the waiter about my celiac disease.
The waiter asked me, "Are you allergic to it? Or is there some other reason?"
I replied, "Because I have celiac disease."
The waiter said, "Oh, I understand!"
After a while, the manager brought me a burger with a colored flag on it and said, "This was cooked separately. The cooks are cooking with masks and gloves. These fries are also gluten-free. Don't worry about anything, enjoy your meal š
I was nervous that day because it was the first time I went out for dinner since I was diagnosed.
I was so touched by the wonderful response of the server and the manager. I cried while eating the veggie burger.
Red Robin, especially the Myrtle Beach location, is my favorite restaurant forever.
