They are always very friendly and willing to help out if I need some changes made to what I am ordering. Very friendly (:

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
We are regulars at Red Robin and usually have no issue. At this location, with the order of sweet potato fries that were supposed to be GF and staff was aware of allergic sensitivity, we found a fried jalapeño, which isn't GF. We stopped eating right then and left disappointed.
No
I felt my food was mediocre at best my face was swollen from cross-contamination. I would probably knock not go back to this location.
I have celiac and I had the gf burger. Both occasions I went, I had discomfort afterwards.
Visited as we drove through towards vegas. My worst experience at a RR. Ordered gf understanding the risk of CC. Picked up my burger and their was a breaded onion under it plus salad arrived with croutons despite requesting none. They replaced the bun and were accommodating but it was annoying.
I have heard rave reviews from friends at other Red Robins. I made sure to talk to server about gluten free dining, was given the menu for gluten intolerances, and ordered. my salad was still delivered with croutons. Sad they didn't have a dedicated fryer like many others. Not likely to go back.
Ask if they have the GF buns before ordering your meal, sometimes they are out but the wait staff don't find out until you wait through your lunch hour.
Really loved all the variety of burgers they offered. udi's buns are always so dry, but somehow they made it taste great!! Ask for fries without the seasoning, it contains gluten.
Be careful! They have a gluten free menu (now offering Udi's buns!), BUT I was served a regular bun by mistake, yet assured it was gluten free...yikes! Luckily I knew what a Udi's bun looked like so had them take it back, sure enough...I was right! Knew I should have directly worked with the manager...
I’ve gone here a multitude of times and recently have been disappointed in the taste/quality of food. When it’s good it’s really good, when it’s not it’s just disappointing.
I feel safe eating here for anyone who is wanting burgers and fries as they have messed up my order they let me know that my food may take longer because they started over to assure safety.

Shortly after I was diagnosed with celiac disease, I went to Red Robin. I ordered a veggie burger on a gluten-free bun.
I had no idea how to order or tell the waiter about my celiac disease.
The waiter asked me, "Are you allergic to it? Or is there some other reason?"
I replied, "Because I have celiac disease."
The waiter said, "Oh, I understand!"
After a while, the manager brought me a burger with a colored flag on it and said, "This was cooked separately. The cooks are cooking with masks and gloves. These fries are also gluten-free. Don't worry about anything, enjoy your meal 😃
I was nervous that day because it was the first time I went out for dinner since I was diagnosed.
I was so touched by the wonderful response of the server and the manager. I cried while eating the veggie burger.
Red Robin, especially the Myrtle Beach location, is my favorite restaurant forever.
