Great experience!! They have a dedicated fryer if you order GF for fries. And I got a GF bun! Everyone was so nice and my server took my allergy concerns seriously. Would come back!!
My daughter and I both have Celiac disease and eat here often. We always let the staff know prior to ordering and they have always taken special precautions. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and offer both gluten free buns and lettuce wraps. Had a wonderful Mother’s Day yesterday and had no problems.
Daughter ordered a burger on a GF bun. The waitress kindly explained that the fries are no GF and offered to sub a side salad. The salad then came out with croutons on it. They made her another salad but it didn’t come out until we were almost done with our meal. Kitchen staff needs training.

I’ve eaten at Red Robin numerous times with great success. Staff usually very knowledgeable and I have never once gotten sick. As someone with Celiac Disease, I am quite happy about this option.
waitress was great and knowledgeable both times we are here, but both times I reacted.
my waitress was very informed about Celiac disease and absolutely made sure my food was made separately with fresh gloves. they are very good with all allergens.
Great celiac visit for my gluten intolerant twins!! I live an hour away but we will be back!!!

We had a great experience at Red Robin. The fries have a separate fryer. The burgers were clearly marked with a gluten free tag. We were traveling through Billings and we don't have a Red Robin in our town so this was a treat!
I’ve been here several times with no issues after. I always get the sweet potato fries with the chipotle aioli dipping sauce and something else (salad, etc). The manager always walks out my meal.
I can always trust Red Robin to deliver a safe GF/DF meal for me, and not have a reaction. This location did not disappoint! I am so thankful to get to eat their tasty French Fries, that aren’t contaminated by gluten and dairy. Jessica in the bar area is a pro, ask for her! Thanks, Red Robin!
Update: this has become our favorite place to eat out because of how amazing they are with handling it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the options. We’ve dined in and ordered take out, and so far, she’s had no reaction to cross contamination
First time dining there since my girlfriend’s gluten intolerance diagnosis, and it was an excellent experience. They have a digital menu that shows which items are safe and if alterations can be made to make it gluten free. My girlfriend got a burger with a gluten free bun and fries, and she loved it. She said the bread tasted almost exactly like regular bread. It’s been an hour since we’ve left, and she’s not experienced any symptoms. They told us they would switch gloves and fry her food in a special fryer, and it seems they did a great job of preventing contamination
Really great experience. Knowledgeable server who put us at ease immediately. Red Robin’s allergen menu online is a little difficult to navigate and it restricts a lot of options. But, in person, the server was able to let us know that this location has a GF dedicated fryer and is known locally for doing great GF burger & fries.
