Fast service on Sunday at lunch. Great bacon cheese burger with gluten free bun and gluten free fries. Let them know you are gluten free and then will take the necessary precautions. the gluten free bun does not have sesame seeds and the wheat bun does so you cannot get the wrong one by accident.
Red Robin has gluten free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free fries. Please verify with your server.
When I mention gluten allergies, I always get annoyed waitresses giving me the iPad and telling me “whatever is on the iPad is gluten free” and refuse to ask the chef any questions I may have. They told me they don’t have a dedicated fryer but seeing reviews that they do..wished their staff was more educated on it and didn’t act like I’m an annoyance. On the other hand I haven’t had any success eating here. I end up sick every time.
The staff was great and accommodating. It is nice that they have an app for allergies and plenty of options.
Came here on a Tuesday afternoon and tried to order a burger with a gluten free bun — turns out they were out of gluten free buns. Seriously, how many people are ordering gluten free hamburgers? On a Tuesday at noon? How could they be out? Was super hyped about getting a gf burger but alas. I ended up just ordering the patty with ketchup. Tut tut.
I confirmed they had a dedicated fryer, so I ordered the fries and grilled chicken sandwich on the GF bun. It was very good, especially the chicken sandwich. I generally get a burger, but decided to explore another option. I’m glad that I did! No tummy issues!
I ordered a burger “wedgie style” and it was one of the best lettuce wrapped burgers I’ve ever had! Delicious and it was wrapped it in paper so it was not messy like other lettuce wrap burgers I’ve had in the past at other restaurants.
This was the worst service I have ever received. Not once but twice I ordered a gluten free burger from this establishment and both times my order was incorrect. The second time the manager was to give me a gift certificate above the amount that wlI paid for my meal. That was over 2 weeks ago and nothing has been received
The food is great, as are the servers. However, I have had cross contamination issues 4 times in 4 months. The kitchen doesn't care as much about cross contamination as front of house. I do not reccommend if you have Celiac.
Staff knowledgeable & always make a note the order is GF. Usually you are provided with a tablet where you are able to choose your allergen. You can then make an informed meal choice. Usually always have a dedicated fryer for the fries & generally when the meal arrives it is marked with a purple flag. 99% of the time I have always done well at this chain.
Our server Collin was stellar! Great gluten free menu with option of gluten free bun. Dedicated kitchen/space and dedicated fryer for French fries! Food was great! Collin was very knowledgeable and was able to communicate the safe practices they were using before I even had to ask! I felt safe eating there for myself and my daughter! Love this location!!! Waitress explained that when an allergy is entered it turns purple and they get out a set of everything, knives, cutting board etc, that’s for that allergy only. They save the last fryer for allergies only and only one cook works on your food. Wow! Nima approved.
Ask for a gluten free menu and they will give you an iPad with all allergen information on it. They have gluten free buns for burgers and the fries are safe to eat. I love going here and I have never gotten sick from it.
I ate there tonight (9-18-19) and it was great! Check out their website which is very specific for gluten and wheat!! Our server was very knowledgeable-no issues at all after eating there!!! I highly recommend it!
I have eaten here a few times and gotten very sick from it. The fryer is often contaminated and somehow even salad gets contaminated somehow at this restaurant. I just avoid it now.
Just moved to the area, and am used to dining at RR because of the dedicated fryer. Never had a problem until I ate at this location. You have to actually ask for your fries to be gf, because they don't always use the dedicated fryer (why they wouldn't when that is their claim to fame, no clue) I might travel farther to make sure my meal is gf from now on.
Server acknowledged the table was gluten free, and we double confirmed everything needs to be gluten free. The kitchen made the salad with croutons and the server did not check, brining the dish to the table as if everything was okay.
my server was very knowledgeable about celiac and gluten intolerance and made sure my food was safe! this location has a dedicated fryer for fries, my burger (with a lettuce bun) had an allergy wrapper. “you won’t get sick on my watch”, she assured. what a pleasant experience, esp as a newly diagnosed celiac (first time eating out since my diagnosis)! red robin also has an online interactive menu for people with dietary restrictions so you can plan ahead as well
Staff is knowledgable, they have a gluten free menu that’s so detailed, and if you tell them it’s celiac (or allergy) they’ll bring your food to you by manager with a little allergy flag in it so everyone dealing with your food knows it’s not just preference.
There’s an interactive website that Red Robin has that you can easily use to figure out what’s “safe” for you to eat for whichever allergy/intolerance you have. Every server has immediately known what I’m talking about when I say I have celiac disease. They mark it on the order. There is a dedicated fryer. The bun is toasted on foil. The meal is marked with a purple flag to show that it’s the gluten-free meal. I appreciate so much that I never have to over-explain my disease and that I can eat like a normal person here. We come often!
I just came from Red Robin in Grapevine, Tx on Tate. I am so thankful for my sweet and knowledgeable server. When I told her I Had Celiac she didn't look at me like I had 10 eyes and have to give a full blown account of what i could and couldn't eat. Her name is Emily. Make sure to ask for Emily by name. What a pleasure to have a nice meal with out the stress.

Always a go to! They have gf buns, but honestly the lettuce wraps are fantastic also. Dedicated fryer too!
The staff isn’t always the most knowledgeable but they always double check any allergy order with higher staff I have not been sick from eating here The gluten free bun is better the sooner you eat it
I had a plain chicken sandwich, toppings come on the side and fries. Within an hour I was in the bathroom sick. I asked for garlic aioli and never got it. They brought one of our party the wrong burger though they did also bring the right one for him to take home. I've never been sick after eating at Red Robin in my 10 years of Celiac until today. I will not be going back.
I admit I was nervous trying this place but it turned out great! I ordered the wedgie burger and I asked for gf fries (they have a designated fryer!!) and I haven’t been sick since my visit! I will definitely be returning!
I would give it 5 stars except for the kitchen. My server was AMAZING! The food came out and before it reached the table she noticed my burger was not on a gluten free bun, she immediately returned it and I saw the whole interaction. She apologized and had a new burger come out and when she came out with it she brought the manager with her. She HAD MY BACK! I can’t thank her enough for saving my butt (pun intended) so anyways, the kitchen messed up the order but Heather saved the day! No reaction :)
