Knowledgeable and my burger arrived with a flag designating GF however I got sick. I suspect the burger was cooked on a shared grill or some sort of cross contamination.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Not celiac safe. Cross contact likely. No dedicated fryer. Limited gf choices.

Burgers are quite good, and you can get them with a lettuce wrap to avoid the inevitably disappointing GF bun. Dedicated fryer and serviceable although not terrific french fries. (Beggars can’t be choosers!)The main reason this place really is not on my rotation is that they have no customer Wi-Fi and their cell service is so bad I can’t even use my hotspot in the restaurant.

Staff were very aware of celiac. Waitress said her mom who has celiac eats there often without problems. I had to use the tablet with the allergen app to help order. I had the Simply Grilled Chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun. The bun was soft and yummy.. They had a dedicated fryer for the steak fries. Yum fries!! Their seasoning is also gluten free. Great experience without any issues.

Since being diagnosed celiac, this was my first takeout meal and I didn’t react to it. The food tasted amazing and the fries were a treat! They have a separate fryer for GF. Came out clearly labeled. Definitely going back!

My son was diagnosed with celiac a month ago. Burgers and Pizza have always been a favorite of his. He actually liked the food. More than saying, “It is okay, I guess.” He said, “Mom, this is actually good!” Hallelujah! They told me they would sell me buns to take home because theirs are specially made for them!

Dedicated fryer makes ordering french fries possible! Wish more places would get on board with this. Hamburger bun was soft, probably Uti’s brand? Use of the interactive allergen menu online was necessary, but fairly easy. Thank you Red Robin!

My dad has Celiac disease and this is one of his faves! It’s not often that restaurants have dedicated fryers for their French fries - and they’re bottomless. The staff seems to know about Celiac disease which is awesome!
Not celiac friendly. Chalk this up to another place that doesn't take celiac disease seriously. I visited as soon as this location opened at 11am to avoid a rush. I explained to my server that my gluten free request was not a personal choice but due to celiac and he stated he would place an allergy flag on my ticket. One of two things happened - Either the kitchen completely ignored the allergy flag or the waiter did not place one on my ticket. Whatever the case I am now very ill from the contaminated food that I was served. I will not be back.

There GF hamburger buns are incredibly soft. The seasoning for their fries are GF as well!
Love going to Red Robin. Staff is so good about Gluten allergies. No cross contamination and have gone many times. I highly recommend the Ensenada Chicken and the French Fries are so good.

Red Robin has an extensive allergen menu. The staff will bring you an iPad where you select your allergens such as gluten, nuts, egg, milk, etc. Red Robin offers gluten free hamburgers on a gluten free bun, chili, and French fries, to name a few items. The French fries are cooked in a separate fryer and they are bottomless. It's heaven for someone with Celiac Disease. Staff is very knowledgeable about Celiac Disease to ensure no cross-contamination. Highly recommend Red Robin!

Had a great experience here today. Tasty burger with gf bun and delicious fries. Our server was gluten intolerant and was a great help and assurance. I am celiac and had no CC symptoms. Glad to have a tasty and safe choice for burgers and fries.

Eaten here a lot with my wife and kids. Good food and they have even let me purchase some of the buns! Service is average.

Had to cross reference a tablet and the menu to figure out what was gluten free. This location did not have a menu dedicated to gluten free. They do have a GF bun. CC did happen and I was glutened.

Loved our service. We walked out of Biaggi's accross the street since manager admitted NOT SAFE for celiacs. Here complete opposite. Both waitress and manager(Vanessa and Tiffany) went out of their way to make sure all safe for our celiac son. He walked out of Biaggis with tears, super smile over here. We tested fries, burger and gluten-free bun with Elisa gluten test kit--All test negative for gluten.

Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free diet food very good. When our came bill came we noticed on it it stated Allergy Alert several times. Very happy with service and food.

Great food, love being able to eat my burger on a tasty bun! I asked for a gluten free menu as I walked in and it was on the table with the regular menus! I don't mind the $1 up charge to have a bun.
Enjoyed having a burger with a bun but wish the menu would specify which of their toppings are gluten free
Love the gf buns and that I can eat the fries!
I've tried eating here once. They offer a GF bun for their burger but for me, it lacked taste and quality as does most GF bread. The bun quickly became very soggy. They also have very limited options for sides. The server also had very little knowledge about their gf options. I doubt I visit them again anytime soon!
One of the best quality Gluten Free chain restaurants from my experience! Great gluten free burgers and I've only gotten sick once out of the many times I've been there.

Have eaten there twice in last three weeks and been satisfied with their handling of our Celiac health issues. Price point is a bit high for the quantity of food, you need to make sure you get the extra fries. Also need to make sure you ask for the fries to be prepared in the GF fryer. Most sandwiches and sides have GF option. Online menu for GF options is great.

Well, they changed their policies and are no longer able to discuss allergies with the staff. You have to look on an iPad yourself and your server will literally refuse to answer any questions about any allergy concerns. Needless to say….I got wheated. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with gf bun, pepperJack and fries from the gf fryer. Not sure if it was CC or what but $50 for 2 burgers and 2 sodas with packaged shredded lettuce and unripe tomatoes on the burgers? Yeah…never again

Found an onion ring underneath my fries that were supposed to be GF and marked with allergy warning. Unfortunately I ate half the fries before I noticed. Super sick 2 hours later. I wrote an email to management and never heard back. This restraunt is sloppy af.
