It was amazing! My only complaint is the fact you can’t ask for them to take other ingredients off of their burgers if you are ordering online.

The gluten-free bun was really good. Good size, not slimy. I got the black and blue burger and it was delicious. Fries are good too.

Staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination. Fries are cooked in a separate fryer. Have ate here several times with no reaction. My celiac daughter absolutely loves going here.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
They offer gluten free buns and will take precautions to prevent cross contamination. Fries have their own fryer. Manager even warned me not to have the campfire sauce. I order probably once a week for lunch and have never gotten sick.

The hostess gave me a card with their interactive menu to select what allergens I was avoiding. The waitress was helpful in explaining my options and that she would note in the order that I needed gluten free meal, kitchen staff would change gloves and take necessary precautions in preparing the food. Got a burger with gluten free bun and steak fries. Was a great experience.
Yes
Great burger and fries. GF bun is seedless so easy to double check. Haven't had a bad experience and this location was the same.
Staff was very supportive.
I’m celiac, eaten here a few times. The last time though I got so sick while my family was eating their meal. Having to tell you family in the middle of their meal that we have to leave immediately it’s fun and is frustrating for all parties involved. I feel as though the communication from waiter to kitchen staff is non existent, however, this hasn’t always been the case. If I choose to try them again, I’ll make sure that I have no plans after eating.
Yes
The staff was amazing! I can’t based on the recommendations as the main fries are GF and they do have GF buns. It was a great experience!!!

Went for the fries! Great gluten free hamburger and fries!! Thank you Res Robin!!!
Yes
Didn't get sick and it was delicious ♥
Manager just told me they switched to gluten free seasoning on fries, so all of their fries are safe now. No longer have to ask for "no salt" fries. Great service, and very gluten friendly staff!!
Their GF buns are the best I've had since being diagnosed with CD. The never ending fries qre great too (if you can eat that much ). All 1nd all my first time here was worth it.

I love red robin!!! and the servers always listen and understand my situation. my last server even mentioned that the campfire sauce which is not on the menu but it does contain gluten :( bummer! cause it was the best Fri sauce! but I was very happy he took the time to tell me.
Yes
they have a wonderful interactive allergen menu online now! and they have gf buns! royal red Robin hamburger? yes please!
They have GF buns and taste good. The GF menu is only online.
Yes
Loved how dedicated my server was. The allergens menu is now all online, which was annoying. But she let me use her phone. Very friendly and considerate of my issues. The bun was very dense, though. May try my burger wrapped in lettuce next time! Fries are in a separate fryer as well!
Yes
My kids and I all have celiac - my boys love the burgers (and the buns)! Now I prefer just the burger with no bun. We have been here 3 times and the service has been great :-) but make sure you have a server who understands the disease :-) the boys get the fruit cup for the side and I get a salad
Good burger. Awful bun.
Knowledge and friendly staff. They brought me a notebook that was categorized by allergens. Easy to use and didn't fluster the waitress. I would go back.
I had been meaning to try Red Robin dsince they tout having a "gluten free menu". What they have instead is one of those hard to decipher lists that hardly matched the menu. The waitress was great and tried her best. I noticed just bland, seasonless choices on the menu. She worked with me and we thought we found something good. When it came out the cook had freaked over having an allergic person. My burger was dry and flavorless. The toppings were microwaved rather than sauteed and were rubbery. The sweet potato fries were bland and in tiny pieces like I got the dregs out of an old bag that had been in the freezer too long. I don't plan on trying Red Robin again. The only thing they got points for was not making me sick.
Yes
Found an onion ring underneath my fries that were supposed to be GF and marked with allergy warning. Unfortunately I ate half the fries before I noticed. Super sick 2 hours later. I wrote an email to management and never heard back. This restraunt is sloppy af.

Maddy D was a great waitress that showed concern for my Celiacs. She made sure everything was gluten free and if there was a question about it she communicated it to me. She was amazing! Red Robin is committed to keeping people with gluten issues safe!

Our service was the best service I have ever received before. She knew about the gluten free products we asked about and helped us out a lot. My wife is very picky about gluten free bread and hasn’t enjoyed a burger in sometime now, but devoured her burger here. The emotions it brings to me to see her be able to enjoy her meal is overwhelming. If you are looking for somewhere that has a gluten free menu and specific fryers for frys. This is the place. We will definitely be eating here more often I strongly recommend you do the same š
