Not celiac safe anymore on the fries or the bacon. This is new this year.

Staff and service was excellent. They were knowledgeable about food allergies. Used the allergy guide to make my selection. Royal Burger and side of coleslaw was delicious. No reaction.

My local restaurant used to be fantastic. The past several time I've been there (over the span of a year) I've gotten sick. I've found sesame seeds from a gluten filled bun on my plate three of those times. They are currently on my do not trust list.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
We were impressed at first with the allergen protocol. They called independently to confirm and packaged everything separately.
Then we found a large crouton in the “confirmed gluten free and celiac safe” salad. It sounds like this Red Robin has good intentions but not the best training.

Had a great experience. I called ahead and talked to the manager, Haley, who was very helpful. She explained their process which assigned someone to follow your allergy order through the kitchen until it got to your table (along with changing gloves, new utensils/cutting boards, separate grill space, dedicated fryer). Our food came out with a marker indicating it was GF. Our server was very attentive. We ordered a second batch of fries - I didn’t remind her that they should be GF and they came out flagged. Haley came to our table to check in multiple times. I felt very well taken care of and will definitely be going back!!

My son ordered gluten free nachos and a piece of pasta was on the nachos. He didn’t eat that, but got very sick from being glutened. I called back to talk to a manager and the manager assured me they were very careful...not this time!

Red Robin has an extensive gluten free & allergen list. Most of the hamburgers are gluten free including their chili and salsa burger. Red Robin also has a dedicated gluten free fryer and the French Fries are bottomless - probably the only reason I repeatedly dine at Red Robin. The staff is very knowledgeable and I’ve never had an issue eating at Red Robin. Highly recommend!!

We have had good experiences here. The burgers are good and the staff has always been knowledgeable. If they didn't know something, they went and asked. We have had a couple of instances where our order came out wrong. My son asks for a gluten free burger with no cheese and it always comes with the cheese. I think they get so concerned about making it gf they forget about the cheese. Not a big deal. The fries are good and we are so happy they have a dedicated fryer. Beware the seasoning on the table is not gf.
Had to have my meal remade because they put bread on the plate which is a no-no for those of us with Celiac. Yes I had ordered gluten-free. Waitress apologized and I got a small discount. My food arrived after everyone in the family had finished eating. Granddaughter's order was wrong. Won't go back.
We have been there 3 times. the first time we got a bit of fried onion in our gluten free fries. the second time went well. the third time we got fried dough in our gluten free fries. they seem to understand and have dedicated facilities. they were very apologetic, but it doesn't change the problem we had.

Great and knowledgeable staff! I have been to this Red Robin twice and haven't been ill.

Outstanding experience on Fathers Day. Great burger and bottomless fries from a dedicated fryer. I'm a celiac and didn't get sick. Thank you Red Robin!

My first gluten-free experience was a pleasant one @ Red Robin. The burger was great and I did not get sick.

Had a great experience at this location! Server was very knowledgable and answered my questions confidently. Knowing the server and kitchen staff are so well aware is my reason for my 5 star score. Keep it up!

This is THE ONLY place we feel safe in our area!

The GF hamburger buns were fantastic. I wanted to take extras home. When they accidently gave us a nonGF bun, they immediately redid the order. No problems. Dedicated & delicious fries. Separate GF menu. We'll be back when in Des Moines.

Ordered the Ghost Burger for my Celiac husband. It came on the gf bun, but the jalepeños were breaded. The waiter was super apologetic when we pointed it out and went to get a new burger. Later the manager came out to apologize. Only problem we've ever had, though. Love the gf buns. Service here is fantastic.

Food was very, very good. I wasn't glutened. The speckled fruit salad was fabulous and my burger, with it's toppings were tasty. Ordered wrapped in lettuce. Only complaint was that I ordered my burger well done and received it a touch over rare.
I love eating at RR! Awesome burgers on delicious GF buns! YUMMMM!

Beer menu shows angry orchard as an option but they don't have it? Said they don't carry it anymore. Weird. Yukon chips (which I LOVE at our red robin back home) were cold & soft. Not crunchy. Service was ok. Waitress seemed inexperienced but nice. We complained about the chips and burnt burger. Manager came over. Nice guy. Took care of problems. Got replacement food. Etc.
gluten free buns are scrumptious and I find it hard to believe they are actually gluten free! fries are also gluten free and very good. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to double check anything.
My first restaurant I could eat gf burger with a bun and gf fries. I was in heaven. Everything was delicious! The staff was great about making sure my food was gf. The manager even talked to me about their buns. Every time I go I purchase hamburger buns to have at home.

love their glutten free buns so you can have burgers and the waiter know other things to change if your on this diet like not having the seasoning on the fries.
My first time at a Red Robin and I loved it! Had a burger and fries (gluten free) and they came with a little purple stick in it to indicate gluten allergy. Waitress was wonderful! (They also have pretty good ranch)

Notified server GF, ALLERGY. Ordered a burger GF bun. Fine until I quickly remembered that it had steak sauce on it ISN’T GF.
After asking this server about it, he didn’t know so he wouldn’t ask the chef and he didn’t know so he sent the bottle out to me. It clearly states that it has barley vinegar in the ingredients. Seriously disappointing that the kitchen staff is preparing “gluten-free food” and they have no idea what has or doesn’t have gluten in it.
Nice way to ruin the end of my trip. And will be sick for the next couple of weeks.

This Red Robin use to be my go to place. But the last two times I have been glutenized and got sick. I longer recommend this restaurant.

Always a reliable choice. Red Robin's online allergen menu is extremely helpful and in-depth, symptomatic celiac been coming here for many years and never had a problem. It's not fine dining or anything but it's about as good as it gets for a huge chain restaurant like this.
