Every time I go I have no problems with my meals, the waitress are always attentive and seem to have knowledge of what a gluten allergy is.
I was able to order the avacado burger with a gluten free bun! Also they have a separate fryer for the fries!
Everything was clearly marked as gluten-free. I ordered a burger with sweet potato fries.

Restaurant takes allergies seriously as long as you're there to order. Manager brings allergy orders so they never cross with gluten orders.
The food was delicious, and our server and the manager were incredibly kind and considerate of our allergy. Highly recommend!!
This place is always amazing to me. Service is always quick no matter how crowded. They are very very gluten friendly and the plates are always labeled with a purple sticker. The staff is great and they never disappoint in the Dickson city location is one of the best in the chain. Guess you know how I feel I’ll be back again in as soon as I get hungry. Also never ever gotten sick at a Red Robin anywhere
Staff was knowledgeable and careful with cross contamination. Had a bacon cheeseburger with fries. Will definitely be back.
We took our son there today. He was able to order a burger/gf bun and fries from the kids menu and they assured us that they understand about cross-contamination. So far so good! He enjoyed his meal, feels fine, and saved me from cooking on my birthday. 🤣
not for people with celiac disease. ordered gluten free burger and fries off gf menu. onion ring pieces (Not gluten free of course) found bonus two orders. very disappointing considering other locations have been excellent!
This was my first experience eating gf at a restaurant and it was a good one. They brought over a tablet with their gluten free menu items, I was surprised there's quite a few! I ordered a bacon cheese burger and fries and everything was good, even the bun tasted like bread but was a little denser than the normal bun. My only complaint was it was a bit greasy from the bacon, but all in all it was a good experience :)
It was so nice to be able to go and have a sandwich with a bun! I had the chicken barbecue sandwich (not sure of the proper name). It had cheese and a barbecue sauce. The French fries are made in separate fryer. It was really good and I didn't get sick! This will be a new regular stop for me.
Last few times I had anything off the Dickson city gluten free menu I wound up getting sick, I've been eating at this location for the last few years without any issues, but recently I've had no luck with this location.
I've never been to a Red Robin before and I was pleasantly surprised. The GF menu is great! Our server warned that even though some of the condiments were listed on the GF menu to stay away from them because she could not guarantee they had not been contaminated in the kitchen. The manager even came over and apologized. He assured us that the food itself is prepared in a separate area along with most of the garnishments, but unfortunately there were a few they did not keep separate. It was great. I have subsequently eaten another location and had a similarly pleasant experience.
Gluten free menu which offers alternative suggestions and gluten free buns. Food was very good.
We love RR. Very knowledgeable about gf. Dedicated gf fryer. Delicious gf buns. They charge $1 extra for the gf bun but well worth it. We travel a lot and always look for a RR because the service is always good and gf knowledge and food is always consistent.
Decent burgers but eating there with friends can feel a bit masochistic when they have the buns and the works. Lettuce-wrapped burgers just don't taste quite the same.

Bottomless gf fries in their own fryer are always a treat. Gf bun on my burger was one of the best ones I’ve had, it didn’t fall apart at all. Waitress was very helpful and my food came with an allergy tag. Great experience!
Staff takes all precautions. Dedicated GF fryer. I have been eating here about once every two months and have never had a reaction. I usually get a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce and the fries.
The food was good and the staff was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. The have dedicated fryers and a gluten free menu.

I eat here frequently and I not only have never gotten sick but the servers always appear knowledgeable about GF/CC. The online allergy menu builder is super helpful though there does appear to be one inconsistency with bacon (said it was GF for one sandwich and not GF for another) so I was cautious and skipped getting any. They'll fry Brussels Sprouts in the dedicated fryer upon request. Last time I was craving a milkshake and hadn't had one for a long time due to the risk of CC and my server cleaned the mixer for me so I could have one.
