Ordered a burger with a gluten free bun. My husband and son who aren’t gluten free ordered regular burgers. We got our food and each took a bite. My husband said his bread was “weird”. I had already eaten a bite when I realized he must have the gluten free burger. Checked my sons bread and we had the same buns. The waitress swapped the burgers and I was glutened. Not a fun experience
Their store manager is simply amazing he’s helped us feel comfortable eating there!

The burger I had was amazing! One of the best GF burgers I’ve ever had! The staff was knowledgeable and knew the risk of cross contamination. I definitely recommend!

Separate Gluten Free menu and asked if we wanted fries cooked separate too. However, extra $1.50 for bun.
Great experience. Lots of choices for GF. Dedicated fryer for the fries and make sure to tell your server to note having a glove change for your meal. They are super accommodating.
Separate fryer and knowledgeable staff. One of my favorite places for a GF burger - I don’t like gf buns but their lettuce wrap is done very well and you can add bacon! I get a bacon cheeseburger in lettuce with endless fries. They have angry orchard too. Great cheap choice for celiac!
They have many options including a gluten free bun. Love the dedicated fryer for French fries. My son and I have eaten here and had take out many times and haven’t gotten sick. Nice to have a place you can feel comfortable eating at. They also have online ordering with curbside pick up.
Not a lot of options. Menu had to be looked up on my phone and there was a risk of cross contamination with every item.
They are great! Always on top of it with the gluten free items! Getting a burger "protein style" is great! Plus I can actually eat the fried there they are cooked in a seperate fryer and oil. Great restaurant and staff!!!
Waiter had trouble locating the "allergy notebook". Gluten free indicated one could order some burgers or grilled chicken dishes without a bun or they will begrudgingly serve with lettuce wrap. Burger taste like something had been burned on the grill & the chicken was rubbery. Waiter was borderline rude as if he didn't have time for anyone that required a little extra effort. We won't be back !!!

I have eaten here dozens of times without issue. I am always very insistent about my very symptomatic celiac. Seems like an Odd place but I have never gotten sick here
We had such a great experience here! Our waitress was amazing and on top of our dietary needs. They have gluten free bread and dedicated fryers for the fries. They also accommodated our dairy-free needs well. No reactions after eating here several times!
My 8 year old gets so sick after eating here. He gets a kids meal- burger and fries. I have a feeling it’s the fries as I just noticed they are not listed as safe on their allergy website. We are disappointed as we considered Red Robin as one of our safe restaurants.
UPDATE: Confirmed with managers fries are NOT gluten free. See email!
I get takeout here all the time. I’ve never once gotten sick from this RR. I sometimes like to get a Hi-C orange from the nearby McDs on the way home since it’s nostalgic for me, I like to call it “make believe McDonald’s” lol
