Friendly service. Some GF options. Fries are Gluten Free. the fry oil is Soybean blend.
The waitress was careful to flag my order as gluten free allergy alert. The gluten free bun and the burger were delicious. The fries were cooked in a dedicated fryer. I only used Heinz ketchup for sauce. Yet here I am two days later really sick. Definitely my standard gluten exposure symptoms. I’m highly sensitive and shouldn’t have taken a risk.

My child has celiac disease, the staff is great about helping us to make sure her food is not contaminated. Always positive experiences here. One of the only places we go out to eat.
Large selection of gluten free items! I'm very sensitive and have always had good experiences here.
They get two stars for having options. The gluten free menu was just a list of regular menu items that don't have gluten. It was very short. I had chicken in a lettuce wrap and sweet potato fries but I still had a tummy ache afterward.
They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They fry the French fries in a separate gluten free fryer and had a different colored basket for our food that showed all the servers that our table was gluten free. My child who has celiac disease and is very sensitive to gluten had no adverse reaction after eating here. Would definitely do it again!

One of go to restaurants in Lubbock. I have never had a problem with cross contamination. They have gf buns but I always just do a lettuce wrap.
Hamburger with Gluten Free Bun. Gluten Free Fries. The manager brings out the gluten free items and it has a purple plastic pick in it to reaffirm it is gluten free. I still ask every time to confirm that the bun is gluten free and fries as well. Website is very helpful and detailed.
I do eat here sometimes only because of a lack of other options locally. However, you have to check every ingredient on your food, every time. I always get the bonzai burger and garlic fries. I make them aware of the allergy every time. About half the time it still comes out with the teriyaki sauce on it, even though I tell them it's gluten. Be prepared to have to send your food back and be okay with it. They are completely unaware.
I have eaten here many times and never get sick. I always panic because the bun tastes like regular. It sinks down to flat where you bite it though, that’s the difference. Make sure they put a purple pick in your food for allergy and you’re good!
Favorite place to go for gluten free food. I drive hours here just to come to this restaurant. You can ask them to make your fries gluten free. Go into the restaurant to order. The only complaint I have is that you cannot do a mobile order and specify that you have a gluten allergy.
