We come here often, celiac here. I ask for Ryan every time as she is the best! She verified that that the ranch and honey mustard are GF. The Bun is from Rotella and is so similar to a regular bun! I enjoy coming here every time. The fries are in a dedicated fryer as well. Red Robin seasoning is GF as well 👌🏼You won’t be disappointed
The chain has GF buns and an online allergy grid
I think the burgers used to be announced as GF which gave me confidence they were ok. Today however the burger was just put in front of me and I had to confirm it was a GF bun. The GF buns look very similar to the normal buns
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Do not ever go here if you are celiac. The only good manager James was fired so the entire restaurant is going down hill. They do not care and have changed a lot of things. We watched them take my burger off of a bun and put it onto the grill then into the lettuce wrap. We will not ever be back. If you go here you better watch them make your food and check everything.
Loved it all the server explained that they have designated stations.
Double check everything. We told our server that we are both gluten-free. My husband ordered the Whiskey River BBQ burger without onion straws. Our server noted that and put in our order with an allergen alert. My husband ate nearly half of his burger before he noticed the kitchen had put a small pile of onion straws under the burger patty. The manager replaced the burger and comped it, but I'm very nervous about eating there again. Thankfully my husband only suffered an upset stomach from this error.
Red Robin is very helpful to people with celiac disease. They give you an iPad with endless options and even a gluten free bun. If you have celiac and are wanting something good where you and your friends can both eat, red robin is the place to go
Got my order right. Have gf fries. Very gf friendly and knowledgeable. Great food.
My wife and I went there last night for the gluten free offerings. (We sensed we were in trouble when our feet were sticking to the floor in the lobby). Yes, they have gluten free buns but the hamburger really had no flavor. My bottomless GF Sweet Potatoes fries were a joke. When our food was served I asked for more SP Fries. It came out 15 minutes later after I had finished my meal. Our server even noticed they were seasoned meaning they were cooked in the same fryer as non-GF so she wouldn't let me have them. This in addition to dirty floors, food stuck to the sides of the tables and dusty furnishings will keep us from returning. The funny part was when we voiced our disproval with the mgr, she gave us a $30 gift certificate to get us to return. Will probably give it to one of the children....
They may be Celiac friendly but the kitchen needs to pay attention!!!
My 8 year old gets so sick after eating here. He gets a kids meal- burger and fries. I have a feeling it’s the fries as I just noticed they are not listed as safe on their allergy website. We are disappointed as we considered Red Robin as one of our safe restaurants.
UPDATE: Confirmed with managers fries are NOT gluten free. See email!
