After reading the previous reviews, we made sure to place our carry out order over the phone with the manager. This location does use a dedicated fryer so that was good news. The manager divided our order up based on regular meals and then gluten free meals so that there would be no confusion. We had 5 meals (3 were gluten free) so there was a lot to juggle. Everything was correct in our entire order and I’m celiac and had no reaction.

Twice I’ve been glutened here despite positive dinners at other Red Robin’s elsewhere. I knew this time would be bad when I mentioned my gluten allergy and my server looked apologetic and asked if that meant I couldn’t have onions. They clearly need to train their staff better.
No
They have a espérate fryer at most places and GF buns. They don’t taste the best but they do have them
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.

This location has given us incorrect orders the last 3 times we’ve been there. And each time the order has come out wrong more than once. We’ve spoken to the GM, have called corporate multiple times and been told they would increase awareness training, but advised to only order through a manager. This used to be a safe place to get a burger and fries, but no longer have trust in this location.

Good gf options. However, the sweet potato fries are no longer on their gf menu!

Never gotten sick and a large variety of options. Can't beat the GF buns!
Host and servers are very knowledgeable, fries have a dedicated fryer, gluten free buns, they give you their allergy menus on an iPad so you can filter for multiple allergies.
Just about anything with a gluten free bun and haven't been sick once!

I have never gotten sick here and the food is yummy! The interactive menu is amazing! It's very, very family friendly so if your looking for more of a date night just ask to be seated in the bar area.

This used to be safe, but they seem far less knowledgeable now. You have to get on your phone and go to their app or they have a iPad to view the GF options - however I got glutened last night. Feeling miserable today. Had a burger in a lettuce wrap and some hummus and veggies so I assume it was cross contamination.

First time to Red Robin and it was overall a very good experience! I had a little trouble ordering but the manager, Gary, came over and got things straightened out! His son is gf and Gary knew exactly what I could or could not have. He was very attentive but not overly so. The gf buns are really good! Gary said I could buy some buns to take home anytime I want. Best part is I did not get glutened!

Good service but the restaurant is dirty.
The food is great here but only gave 4 stars because I would prefer a paper menu. I have to go online to look at the allergen menu, which is a bit of an inconvenience, especially since the allergen menu doesn't give descriptions of the items and I have to go back and forth from the regular menu and the allergen menu. I am appreciative though that they even have a gluten free menu and GF buns. The service is always excellent, and they are able to recommend GF items if you don't want to look through the allergen menu. I do not have Celiac disease, I have an autoimmune disorder so I don't have any immediate effects from gluten.

Our server was very helpful Ann's made suggestions to help our daughters find something that was celiac friendly. Great service and the girls loved their chicken skewers! Thank you Red Robin!
Yes
Red Robin claims to have gluten free buns, I have been there twice and both times it left me feeling very sick- must be some kind of cross contamination. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant if you have Celiac.

no stars!!! thats for making me sick!!!
Great GF buns and god served in different color basket by manager. They GF "menu" however is a wreck. It lists options for each allergy individually with no descriptions so you have to go back and forth. Also it is out of date and says "no bun" for GF. Thanks to Find me GF I knew to ask and they did have GF buns.
My first time at a Red Robin and I loved it! Had a burger and fries (gluten free) and they came with a little purple stick in it to indicate gluten allergy. Waitress was wonderful! (They also have pretty good ranch)

Notified server GF, ALLERGY. Ordered a burger GF bun. Fine until I quickly remembered that it had steak sauce on it ISN’T GF.
After asking this server about it, he didn’t know so he wouldn’t ask the chef and he didn’t know so he sent the bottle out to me. It clearly states that it has barley vinegar in the ingredients. Seriously disappointing that the kitchen staff is preparing “gluten-free food” and they have no idea what has or doesn’t have gluten in it.
Nice way to ruin the end of my trip. And will be sick for the next couple of weeks.

This Red Robin use to be my go to place. But the last two times I have been glutenized and got sick. I longer recommend this restaurant.

Always a reliable choice. Red Robin's online allergen menu is extremely helpful and in-depth, symptomatic celiac been coming here for many years and never had a problem. It's not fine dining or anything but it's about as good as it gets for a huge chain restaurant like this.
