Ate here with my family tonight, excellent service and didn’t get sick, yay!! My 2 kids are also celiacs and did not get sick either. I ordered fries and a double cheeseburger with a gluten free bun. Will definitely go here again!

We have been a gmfew times and always had a good experience with no issues. Usually have a burger and fries.

They have a gluten free fryer and dedicated kitchen space but I'm not sure if that was just for the fryer. We had the spinach dip, burgers and fries. Megan was our server and she was great. She gave us an iPad with their online allergy filter which is not user friendly but she showed us how to use it. I would definitely go back.

Delicious, best burgers and steak fries. We have full family of celiac and never been sick. Great consistency, absolutely delicious

The food is great, as are the servers. However, I have had cross contamination issues 4 times in 4 months. The kitchen doesn't care as much about cross contamination as front of house. I do not reccommend if you have Celiac.

If you have celiac you are taking a serious risk eating here. A year ago my daughter found an onion ring piece in her “gluten free” sweet potato fries. The manager had a long explanation about how they had found a way to take gluten out of onion rings as long as they were fried in the gluten free fryer. We avoided the restaurant We both got sick that day. We went back after that manager left and had a very pleasant experience. So we went back on Black Friday. After waiting an hour to get drinks, the server slung a basket of fries on the table. When I asked if they were gluten free he sat all fries are. Before eating them we spoke to the manager who offered some lame excuse about not having enough oil to start the day and having to combine the oil in the gluten free fryer that day. His story made no sense so we left without eating and had a vey satisfying meal at MooYah.

The staff was knowledgeable. I had an issue and when my plate came out there was a French fried onion on my plate. As soon as I pointed it out the waitress said “oh no we have to remake your whole plate I will have them State a new burger now”. They apologized multiple times, brought me all new food, and comped my whole families meal (4 of us). They said they take allergies very seriously and they wanted to make it right. My food that I got the second round was great and didn’t make me sick!

Our meals were great. The server was on top of things, offering suggestions, and very kind. Separate gluten-free menu with lots of choices. The bun was delicious. My husband ordered gluten free with me so we could share our food and he said he didn't feel like he was missing out at all. It was a win all around and we can't wait to go back.

Knoxville TN turkey creek location: this place has cleaned up their act :) absolutely delicious and very attentive to keep my food separate and safe. so nice to be able to have a burger "out" I don't eat out much, so, YAY !! much cleaner !!

Excellent gluten free burger and sweet potato fries! Regular french fries are also gluten free, without the seasonings. Many burger topping options and sauces for dipping or salads. Our server was very knowledgeable, which always makes us feeling better since we have a celiac in the family. First time at Red Robin, we had to ask the server if the burgers she brought us really had gf buns, as they looked like "real" burger buns. Tasted like the real thing as well.

Outstanding!!! The gf buns are soft and tasty! The have a dedicated fryer so fries are ON the menu Yummm! Our server was so helpful and knowledgable, the GM even came out to discuss why the shakes are not on the gf menu and they made a Choc shake for me in a cleaned blender (not usual equip) I am one happy celiac girl!

Stopped at this Red Robin during our travels because we have always had good experiences with Red Robins. The server knew what GF was and assured me that they use strict precautions. My daughter's baskets came out with regular baskets not the usual yellow allergy basket. Again, I was assured that everything was GF. I am waiting to see if they react. Overall they messed up my husband's order and the wait was longer than normal and they were not that busy. I don't typically do this at RR anymore, but just be sure to ask for the manager to oversee your order.

Gluten free bun to enjoy a hamburger or other sandwich with! Good service, kid friendly, and dedicated fryer which means French fries! Will go back again soon!

I have never been glutened here. The GF hamburger buns are great and the steak fries are safe for celiacs. Food is always tasty.

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
