I told them I was allergic to gluten. They proceeded to give my mom a gluten-free bun and me a non-gluten-free. I know this because my moms bun looked different compared to everyone else’s at the table and mine looked like everyone else’s bun. I told them this. They argued with me for a while, then took the burger and I assume just took off the gluten bun and replaced it with a gluten-free bun. I was sick all night.

the food was great. the service was horrible. it was very empty so being busy was not the reason.. our waitress was rude. I asked her a question about the gluten free options she said i don't know is it on the ipad then it is. my sister said i can't find this burger on your menu (non gluten free) she said still it's there but didn't show where it was. the list could go on..

Having a burger with a bun again was a treat! It was a bit on the dry side, which is typical for GF buns and I was so happy to have a few fries again, yum!

This location was TERRIBLE!!! My father-in- law ordered a side of the creamy BBQ sauce for his meal and it came on my plate. When I asked the waiter if this was gluten free he quickly replied yes. I followed up with asking him if he was 100% positive in which he replied yes this sauce is 100% gluten free! I put a little on my burger to try it and took a few bites. The manager came out and informed me that the sauce was not gluten free. He said I should be fine though because I only had 2 or 3 bites. I will never eat at this location again!

Another great option for dining out. My wife is the celiac, and appreciates the GF bun that's edible (pretty good, by her report) and GF fries.

Thanks for having a gluten-free bun that's edible. And fries that are GF. The worries disappear.

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
