Host had no idea what I needed when I asked for the iPad to see the allergen menu. Did not give me much confidence to eat there so so left. This is the only ReddRobin I’ve had a problem with.

Disappointed. We ordered takeout here on Saturday 1/08, ordering it in-person. After a half-dozen pointed questions about the absence of gluten in ingredients, my girlfriend's burger still was made with a wheat bun. Unfortunately we didn't find out until back at home sitting down to eat. After a call Red Robin remade the order, but I had to go out and pick it up again, which of course left all of my food cold.
I can eat wheat. My girlfriend with celiac cannot. So I was able to test to confirm that the bun was a wheat bun. The worst is that had she not recognized that it probably was a wheat bun and just eaten it, I can't imagine how sick she would have gotten.

This has been my go to place for a safe burger and fries. Have never been glutened here until last night. The waitress did note gluten free on the orde and the food came with markers indicating gluten free.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
So disappointed. We have tried Carry out from this location on 3 separate trips to Colorado and everytime we get our food it is completely cold. The fries are frozen cold! Today we waited to get to the restaurant to order so everything will be fresh and ready..... we waited 45 minutes and got to the car to eat and everything was cold Including the bacon to go on my cheese burger. :( So disappointed

Have eaten here multiple times, different days of the week and have never been glutened. You are able to indicate allergy on if you order online. I always write gluten allergy at the end in special instructions just for good measure.

Never been glutened here. One of our safe go to’s
Yes
Love their burgers and Santa Fe salad too. Wedge burger with lettuce is good or they offer gf buns too.
Yes
Best bacon cheese burger ever. Fries are fried in a separate fryer too!
Their menu is actually digital and interactive, allowing you to designate multiple dietary restrictions, and it includes all the dipping sauces!
Designated GF fryer. Also, they keep changing the recipe on their fry seasoning, so sometimes it's safe and sometimes you have to skip it.
Yes
Burgers and salads are pretty much your options- both are quite good though! Make sure you get fries without their spice or sweet potato fries for GF. Probably my favorite large chain GF burger. As for FoCo, I'd suggest Big Al's.
We eat here frequently and haven't had any issues. The gluten free fries are fried in a separate fryer.
I really have found them to be great with GF options. They provide you an iPad to use that has an interactive menu. You can select which allergens you want to avoid (wheat and gluten in our case) and it gives you a list of items that are acceptable. Servers are always friendly with us and accommodating.
I was given a piece of paper that told me how to modify the items I could have gluten free. As far as the burgers go, anything that would have made the burger unique had to be omitted therefore, the burger would have been plain on a gf bun. Not what I was going for. I ended up getting the hummus app for my meal. It was good, and the grilled zucchini was nice but it was cold by the time I received it.
Great place to eat gf! My first good burger experience in a very long time!
The best place to eat GF! They now have Udi's GF buns for their burgers. Love it!
Great menu and great service. Staff very helpful and they have a dedicated fryer for gluten free fries. Yummmmm!
Red Robin takes allergens seriously as a company, and this specific Red Robin has been very accommodating for me as someone with celiac disease. Both in person and ordering for pickup or delivery, and even through Uber eats and Door Dash, they always listen to my requests. There’s an allergen menu online that’s easy to use. Allergen items usually come out with a purple pick in them to demonstrate that proper protocols were used. When I make an online order, I call right afterwards and the nicest person named Bri usually answers - she writes down my requests and brings to them to the chef just to be double sure everything is safe for me, and they usually even put my order in a separate bag from gluten orders. They are celiac safe, and very kind to me. Highly recommend!

They have a gluten free bun which was good but this particular location is just dirty inside and did not cook our burgers the way we asked. They were all cooked well done. They also give the smallest portions of sides even though it is "bottomless." Just really unappetizing.

Staff seems to be knowledgeable about preparing gluten free food safely. Their fries are fried separate from breaded chicken and other glutenous foods in their own fryer. They have gluten free buns. They have staff change their gloves, etc.

I was surprised when someone recommended Red Robin as a celiac friendly restaurant, but decided to give it a try. Their staff seemed knowledgeable about their food safety precautions and had the manager oversee the process. Have eaten their several times without getting sick.
Still need to be careful about what surfaces you touch on the way in and out, and there are contamination risks, but overall have had a safe experience and a sense that the staff knew how to handle the food with care. Gluten free substitute options have been very good as well. Certainly nothing that takes way from the experience at all.
Only downside is ordering requires comparing the physical menu to the online allergen menu, though the allergen menu is at least interactive and has “swap out” options for ingredients that need to be replaced.
