First time at Red Robin and I was really impressed, especially for a chain. They have an allergen menu with options for no cross contact. I got the new queso burger (because it’s rare to find queso you can eat) and some fries. The fries are cooked in their own fryer and all allergen orders come with the little purple tag designating it allergy.
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Great burgers, dedicated fryer for fries. Even the online ordering system makes it easy to specify allergy needs (or celiac needs) and gluten free choices. What more can you ask for from a burger joint? Edit: Have been back recently and they must be under new management. Lied and did not use dedicated GF frier for my fries (had an onion ring in with them) and I got horribly sick each of my last two tries. I will not be returning.
I'll not sure if all locations have a dedicated fryer, but this one does!!! My hubby and I shared guacamole, salsa and instead of the corn tortilla chips(they're made in large amounts in a cross contaminated fryer), they made us fresh potato chips. I had a burger on a gluten free bun and fries! I'm really happy with the staffs knowledge of Celiac disease.
It's pretty good the staff has always been very nice and took care of me right away
This location uses exceptionally good GF hamburger buns. The burgers are good and we all appreciate the fact that those yummy steak fries are GF, as well. We had a good lunch here, with no contamination reactions.
Just had a great meal at Red Robin at Cottonwood Mall. they have added Gluten Free Buns and have a dedicated fryer for Gluten Free frying. I had a Burger and Fries (gluten free) at a restaurant and it was delicious. My taste buds and my stomach were very happy. Thank You Red Robin!!!
Separate friers & cooking station. Lots of menu choose. Manager came to talk to bus about the menu. The food was really good. First place I've eaten since GF became mandatory that did not make me sick!
My 8 year old gets so sick after eating here. He gets a kids meal- burger and fries. I have a feeling it’s the fries as I just noticed they are not listed as safe on their allergy website. We are disappointed as we considered Red Robin as one of our safe restaurants.
UPDATE: Confirmed with managers fries are NOT gluten free. See email!
